The doors were easy to install and look great. We purchased the doors with the water protection factory installed found out that the portection was only on one side of the glass, at least per the sticker that was applied. Unfortunately the layout of our bathtub has the shower head on the right side when facing so we want to install the inside panel with the door pull on the right side of the glass panel. To do this, if we believe the sticker showing which side of the glass the water protection was installed, we will be turning the door around which would put the glass protection on the outside and now we spent the money and will not be able to take advantage of the factory application. Basco should let the customers know that the proectection is only on one side which require the glass panels to be installed only one way.

At pickup, the box appeared to have been opened & resealed, The corner of the glass had a little chip in 2 places ... additionally, the unit is much shorter than expected. It was an expensive unit, & I would have expected better quality!

Looks beautiful, but has some flaws

We have a tub with access on either side so installed two of these doors. They look beautiful, love the style. However, the design leaves large gaps at the bottom and between the panels and water splashes out into the bathrooms. Also, the truss head screws are so small and do not seem sufficient to hold the top rail securely, but we will see. We have reached out to Basco but are awaiting a reply.

Very nice look and operation. The instructions could have been a little more specific in certain parts, but went together moderately easy for a professional contractor. Rounding the bottom of the side rails to fit tightly against the tub walls was tricky because of the shape of the metal.

I can not recommend this product. The assembly instructions were not accurate (I.e. it said the glass would be marked by which side has been treated with their protective coating and it was not). Customer svc was difficult to work with. You have to buy their $30 cleaner or they void their warranty.

This is a nice looking sliding door! However the instructions are not exact and resulted in a track being cut too short! Also, paid extra for the aqua glide glass. This was an expensive upgrade, which you can apply yourself with products purchased by manufacturer for a lot less!
