I use this runner for my daily stretching routine. After buying and returning two runners from Amazon because they were too thin and cheaply made and after trying and giving away an exercise mat because it doesn't breathe, I tried the Nourison Rug. For me it's terrific. Soft but strong. Very well made. I'm sure it will give me years of use.
