Amazing product

The quality of the product is way above what I expected. Buying online can be scary when it comes to quality but this certainly exceeded my expectations.

Sink is great - strainer not so much

Our 24" Reinhard farmhouse sink, installed less than 6 months ago, is wonderful, BUT the strainer and its surround are already chipped and showing the stainless steel under the enamel. I cannot understand this. We have the grid to protect the sink, we do not drop knives or heavy objects on the strainer, and we do not pour boiling water or acids down the drain. The enamel should not be cracked and chipped after less than 6 months of use. Very disappointed. Based on this, I would not recommend this product. It's a lot of money to pay for something that already looks dilapidated. It's embarrassing to show off my new kitchen and have a sink that looks like I bought it in the reject department of a third-rate plumbing supply store.

Scratches too easily

I have been using this sink in my laundry room bathroom for 5 months now and I am so surprised at how easily the surface is permanently scratched. I bought the protective sink grid but doesn't protect the sides, edges or front of the sink. This sink is in a bathroom off the utility room. I use it to hand wash clothes and other things that I don't want in the kitchen sink. Other than that and it doesn't get a that much use but I can't believe how many permanent scratches there already are. Since this is an under-mount sink it can't be replaced with out redoing the counter as well. I'm stuck with it.

Quality and Service

This sink has all the quality I have come to expect when ordering for clients. This sink in particular is a great value for the size and price point. I encouraged our client to trust a brand they were not familiar with and it worked out great. There was a slight mix up with the order, but it was quickly resolved without issue. The staff was very professional and placed the customers needs first. Today, it is very hard to find. Glad to add SH as a regular go to for selections of discerning tastes.

Love it

I love this sink! I purchased it when we did a remodel on our kitchen. It is the perfect size to wash big pots in. We opted for a smaller size (24") to give us more much needed counterspace and its actually seems bigger than our other double sink that took up 34" The quality is great.

24" Fireclay Farmhouse Sink

This sink is great! It looks so nice in our new kitchen and the front is super smooth and shiny. The specifications were perfect and the sink sat right into place. There is a nice contrast with white sink and the medium colored cabinets. Product is perfect and the service is great!
