It’s great. However the button you push to start it, doesn’t work.

I think I got what I paid for

Forgot to check the box for putting the grill together. It only took 2days but no harm. As for the grill itself the searing section doesn’t work anywhere as a seared I am accustomed to however I removed the burner cover and it works okay but nothing like I expected. Other than that for what we paid if it makes it 5 years in the salt air in Florida, it’s a deal.

Pretty nice grill with two issues. The thermometer installed in the hood does not work properly, so is useless. Also the grill tends to cook hot no matter the setting on the temperature control dials. Most of the time I have to cook things on the lowest settings to keep things from getting over-done.

Sold as new but really used

Just opened the box today to start the assembly. One thing I noticed was miscellaneous scratches, scuffs and peeled surfaces which made me partially think it was the manufacturing process until I placed the top portion on and opened it up to find a light layer of grease and grime on the lid which leads me to believe this item was a return but was sold as “new”. If it was open box and used, just say that. But when you’re expecting new, this is concerning because why was it returned and what did the prior owner do to the grill that hopefully does not affect its safe use.

I love the grill. Spend about 8 hours assembling this 5 burner stainless steel exciting new grill. I made about 4 mistakes, all correctable. One step in the instructions I would recommend revisions. The step has poor description of the two side attachments. There are four parts involved 21 thru 24. You need break the step down to distinct installs one for the side burner and one for the side table. And of course, reference all four parts with better diagrams. One assembled, everything worked perfectly. I am quite pleased with the finished grill. Time to cook!
