This is a great bbq to enjoy a time with family and friends. It has a lot of features like extra large sear station burner. Build in thermometer 🌡️ display internal temperature.

My new grill Weber Summit E-670 natural gas arrived a week earlier than advertised. Freight company kept me up to date by text. When it arrived they delivered it to my patio, unboxed it took empty boxes with them. It took me an hour to have it fully assembled using BILT app, which really just involves securing the 2 side tables 2 bolts each side and the 2 lights on the handle 2 screws each and the accessory storage rack 3 screws. The only tool I needed was a Phillips screwdriver the wrench for the 4 bolts was provided. Installation would have gone a lot faster had I not stood back and oohed and awed over this masterpiece from Weber. Very pleased with the customer service from Heather at Wayfair in helping me with my pre-purchase questions and finalizing my purchase. I highly recommend Weber and Wayfair not to mention the courteous and professional service of Darius and his crew from Updike shipping.

15 Years Later...

So, not a review from a new E-670 purchaser. I think I bought my E-670 Weber grill around 2008. It was kept outside on a lanai in Florida until 2014, when we moved to Michigan. Since then my Weber grill has been kept on a deck with an OEM cover. ZERO rust. I've replaced grill grates, burners, one burner controller(broken by movers), door magnets, and the push button starter. For me, that represents exceptional value for a large, versatile grill kept outdoors.

Nice grill, however, received with missing parts, so now we can not use it for Fathers Day

Bought a 4 figure appliance and its not working and I have no Service appointment set up despite many calls for one

Terrible customer service.

Terrible experience of ordering a expensive grill and never being contacted about delivery problems. Talked to a person 3 days ago and he said it would be delivered by the 17th and it never arrived. After waiting for 15 days I had to ask for a refund on my 2700.00 weber grill. If I could give negative stars I would. This was a very poor effort by walmart.

Weber has LOST control of quality control; come to find out this grill has had major problems with broken control knobs for over a year.. they don't seem to want to fix the problem. Mine arrived with broken knobs, burners that wouldn't light, or stayed on after trying to turn them off. How would you return to pergold???????

Overall great grill except for 1 major flaw. For any grill, let alone one in this price range beef up the knobs. The have always felt cheap and are hard to get to turn without feeling like your breaking them. They get bound up all the time. Half the burners don’t light by turning the knob anymore.

Loving this grill!

We've used this several times since getting a couple weeks ago. We enjoy the rotisserie and the built in smoke box. Very sturdy and easy to start. This is a step up from a prior Weber genesis grill we had for over 10 years.

Moderately happy

The grill came with a broken knob. Customer service was quick to respond. I felt like it took way too many emails to rectify such a simple situation.

I've had my Weber for over 10 years and still enjoying it. Everything isstill intact, along with the original igniter. Best there is!

Don't Expect A 10 Year Warranty

Don't expect the 10 Year Warranty on all parts. I bought a Weber E670 and they didn't cover a broken knob and instead expected me to pay for two.

Not what Weber used to be

Often times when companies go public the quality gets sacrificed to increase profits for the investors. This seems to be happening with Weber. I had my Genesis from 2010 and it was rock solid and reliable. I upgraded after 12 years to the summit expecting to get an even more upscale product but i was very wrong. The knobs are flimsy and almost to sensitive to be on an outdoor grill. I do like how the sear station and rotisserie work. The stainless grates are still well made but the hood and doors are thinner than previous years. Is this grill worth the money I would say yes but I don't see this grill lasting more than 8 years. Hopefully Weber reads these reviews.

E 670 6 years old

I have had Weber's for 30 years and this E 670 was something I wanted for a long time . The old one is 20 year sold and still works like new.

Total Crap! Buy a unit made in Canada.

BBQ is low quality Chinese crap now. I bought mine in July 2018. Burners were rusted close on year three. They will send you more crap parts, if you argue with them long enough. But you are on your own trying to install them. Legally a gas technician must do any work on gas appliances. Good luck finding anyone to work on it. (Weber will not come out.) I tried several other companies, and all refused to come out either because of the model of BBQ or distance to it. Bought a quality unit made in Canada to replace it. (Made in Barrie, ON) Gave the this BBQ to a Ukrainian refugee family. He is also a mechanic, and hopes to succeed in repairing it.
