We barbeque dinner at least four to six times a week during spring and summer and fall....probably two to four times a week in winter, depending on weather

I never expected UPS to deliver this. It came destroyed as it weights well over 150 lbs. I had await parts delivery 2x

The product itself is average, but it seems the box must have been dropped in transit. I had to straighten out sheet metal and order broken parts from the manufacturer.

I had this item delivered twice. First time was damaged and Home Depot sent replacement and picked up damaged item. Second item is slightly damaged and has been used but working with Broil King to get replacement parts.

We had to return it as there were defects in the making of this grill. The screws were stripped and the base and top were defective and we couldn’t get them together.

Great BBQ

The BBQ itself is great but Home Depot made it very hard. I had the BBQ delivered and assembled it myself, but the firebox was missing key welds and would bend/twist as it opened. Broil King offered to deliver a new firebox at no cost, but I wasn’t keen on having to disassemble and reassemble myself, with the initial assembly taking 3 hours, so potentially another 6 hours of work for a defective product. Home Depot first offered me a $100 coupon and then wanted me to pay the $250 for them to contract out the assembly. It took 3 days on and off the phone to sort it out, which ended with them sending me a coupon to cover the cost of the assembly only. The Home Depot customer service reps were trying to help me as much as they could but they were definitely limited in what they could offer me, and the manager I spoke to seemed to just want to get off the phone, and wanted me to bring the old BBQ back first despite me having it delivered because I don’t have a vehicle that could take it. Overall a very poor experience with Home Depot, but Broil King was great and the BBQ itself is very much worthwhile. Highly recommend this BBQ but from a supplier other than Home Depot.

Decent bbq for the price

This generates a lot of heat and it seems even across grates. Grates are a bit rough but after some seasoning I’m sure they will be fine.
