The directions are poor, but it's possible to assemble. The drying rack/2nd shelf or whatever it's called, the width of the rack was too short so it didn't fit in upper slot, so it is essentially useless.

I purchased this as part of our hurricane supplies, as we have to operate regardless of the weather. This gives our employees a way to eat well, even in the worst weather conditions.

Not worth the price. I had to return after the first use. The housing underneath burnt after the first use and would become a huge flame. I had everything wrapped in foil to maintain it and it all burnt so quickly.

Super difficult to put together. Instructions are lack a lot of detail. The part that screw go into come loose and have be held with vise grips. One of my screw heads snapped right off. I would add pics if I could. Shipping took weeks. Probably won’t recommend this product.

Missing or wrong parts delay use of grill. We wanted this grill for use on June 30, but here we are on July 11 and still haven't had a chance to test out because when putting together we found one of the parts was wrong and had to call and get the correct part sent, which took several days. Once that arrived we continued putting together and found we had the wrong size screws for another area. So now we are waiting for the replacement screws. Very frustrating. When we called Kenmore about the parts, they have been responsive, but it takes a while to receive the correct part. My husband says he thinks the grill will be good once we get it working, but it makes us leary of buying Kenmore again.

Wonderful grill, easy set up

Do not buy this grill. The instructions do not include all the parts… leaving you guessing. It takes a ridiculous amount of time to put together, and after 1 month the ignition doesn’t work. Please don’t waste your money.

Beware!

The grill comes in pieces & I mean a lot of pieces! It would be very difficult to put together by yourself. The pictures in the manual are not good & it took my husband & I at least an hour & a half to put it together.

Ordered this, the original was missing pieces and had a large dent on the side, so I exchanged it for a new one. I had to box it up and take this very large package to ups, only to have the replacement missing parts as well. It is also already rusting and I’ve had it outside two days. Worst purchase I’ve made on Wayfair.

Temp wouldn’t get hot enough to even make food, I tried two different tanks and got my dad over to verify I wasn’t getting it wrong still not working!!
