The grill arrived with a damaged door from shipping. When I contacted Permasteel they immediately shipped out a replacement door which arrived quickly. The grill is very good quality and solidly built.

Doesn’t get hot enough to sear steak

We’re staying at an Airbnb that has one of these grills. It looks almost new and I like the black with copper accents look and folding side shelves. My only problem is that it doesn’t get very hot. 450° F was the best I could do after preheating it for 15 minutes. It was 75° out and not particularly windy. I can’t imagine it would do very well when outdoor temperatures drop in the fall and winter. We ended up made “baking” the steak, no way to sear it properly at that temperature.

Assembly was not a problem. The “only” area that was a little confusing was the attachment of the side panels in steps 7 & 8.

I love this grill. Took quite awhile to put it together, but we did it! It’s the perfect size. I was a bit reluctant to buy such a small grill, but turns out it is the perfect size for 3-4 people. Highly recommend this beauty.

Overall, good purchase. Looks really good. Only suggestion is to improve screwing the handle as screw can fall inside and can't recover.

Love my new grill. Was a bit concerned when I saw the number of pieces but was really try easy to assemble. Instructions were very easy to follow and I had it up and running in less than an hour. It’s a good looking grill and works fantastic. Highly recommend.

This grill is so compact, it fits perfectly where i need it and everything we’ve grilled has turned out perfect! It’s also such a cute color

Perfect smaller 2 burner unit

Wanted a compact grill for small porch. This unit looked so nice and happily looks not deceiving. We have grilled lamb chops, skewers, salmon, chicken and a tri tip. All a beautiful success. The smaller size heats up to 400⁰ in just a few minutes. Love this grill!

Dented Door

Great little BBQ, but door came dented - no easy way to fet a replacement thru Home Depot without disassembling the whole thing and returning it

Perfect size and works great

Unfortunately I paid 100 to assemble this grill which was not refunded, and the grill was defective. The starters did not work and the grill would not heat up consistently to the correct temperature. I had to return it which was a pain in the neck. Great looking small grill and very disappointed to have to return it. Home Depot and people who assembled it gave me the run around and I spent a long time dealing with customer service.

This compact grill is a perfect size for the two of us and occasional visitors. After unpacking the parts, assembly took a couple of hours. In five uses so far, the results have been excellent.

Not worthwhile

I wanted to like this grill. It arrived damaged in spite of it being over packaged, and well packed. I decided to assemble it, which is where it met it's match. The instructions are very poor, wrong, and poorly illustrated to help when the steps were clearly not accurate or reflected that they probably didn't try building it following their instructions. The poor design means that different panels have different screw sizes, and assembly was not pleasant.

Amazing grill! I have always purchased the “ name brand grill “ this time I decided to go with a different brand due to how expensive the other has become.. let me tell you it did not disappoint.. also the fact that this is an all woman’s company is huge women just know how to do things right..

Nice small grill. Gets the job done well. Easy to clean. I like the cast iron grates. Only complaint is it takes a long time to assemble if doing it alone. Lots of screws, but easy directions.
