The grill could have had better assembly instructions!!

New grill

Love my new Freestyle 365 grill! The compact three burner style is really an upgrade from my previous 10 year old two burner.

Not made in Canada.

My last Napoleon Grill lasted over 15 yrs. I like the stainless steel tube burner and the fact that parts can be replaced. The Temp gauge is very accurate. Adjustable side shelves are very convenient. It is easy to move around.

The directions for assembling were terrible and there was some damage to the grill itself. But it works fine and heats up fast

I bought this from Ace Hardware with free assembly and delivery. I’ve had numerous grills over the years and this ranks as the best bang for the buck! Heats up very fast, lights on the first try, cool grate design, easy to clean and cooks evenly. Not one complaint. Thanks for making such a nice, high quality grill !!!

Good grill

It a small but functional grill. No temprature issue. There is no handle to move it around if you need to it lots of time. Everything else is good.

Perfect balcony BBQ

This is the perfect sized BBQ for the balcony. I really like the wavy design of the grill grates. The battery free ignition is a plus. All round great BBQ.

Great grill

Great grill. Easy to assemble and a great addition to my patio. Great when you want to cook a quick burger and not fire up the charcoal.

Worth every penny

This is my 2nd Napoleon grill. 1st one lasted 14 years. Great quality and if needed, customer service is top notch. You can’t beat the 10 year warranty.

The grill of my dreams. Tiny but mighty in her own way. I am enjoying this grill so much and I couldn’t have asked for anything else. My decision came down to the Napoleon or Webber grill but this one just has more bang for your buck. Stop reading this review and just get it.

Solid product

So far so good. I got a great deal on this. All I can say is keep an eye on the online price and go on at different time. Late at night worked for me. There was def a glitch in the matrix that night.

Great for small spaces. Heats very quickly

The grease tray and pests.

I like Napoleon barbecues. This Freestyle 365 has a design flaw however. I love the easily accessible grease tray but there is a problem, with accessibility of that same grease tray. It is SO ACCESSIBLE that the pests(racoons suspected) can reach in the the open rear and top part of the left side and pull it out. It would have probably given it 5 stars is it wasn't for the cleanup required on the deck on a regular basis.

Missing parts - Napoleon would not replace

Purchased this grill and the grill plates were missing. Contacted Napoleon and they would not stand by their product and send replacements. Really disappointing with bad customer service.

seems to be good quality/material and sold on long warranty...went together fairly easily...side burner gas line hookup a bit tricky, but otherwise pretty straight forward..and lots of heat
