The right size for the job

I bought the Pastry and Biscuit Cutters so I had something to cut my sourdough biscuits with. They work great. They are very durable and easy to use. I like that they fit inside each other for storage. I used them for the Gnocchi alla Romana and everyone love this dish. The Cutters come in great sizes to suit different applications.

I had researched the options and wanted something that was sturdy and would offer the best usage. I liked the construction of these and was willing to pay a bit more to get what I wanted.

King Arthur Products Help Me to Look Like a Great Baker

The edges were solid & sharp so a straight cut down allows the biscuits to raise to high on the sides. This is my first set that I could also use for donuts.

Was way past time to replace the one my grandmother used - flimsy aluminum with wood top. These biscuit cutters are various sizes and made with high quality stainless steel. I don’t have to reshape them before cutting the biscuits or cookies. Very wonderful!

Biscuit Cutters with Bail

I have not had this type of biscuit cutter before. I have used them only once. I was impressed with the depth of the cutter and its weight. My favorite cutter before these is bent on the edge and does not cut as well. The price was very good. The quality is excellent.

These biscuit cutters are high quality. I’ve used only the largest size but will get around to trying the others at some point. Pretty sure these cutters will outlast me!

These were better than I anticipated. Edges are nice and sharp; love the different sizes; and the handles are perfect. Great for making uniform English Muffins.

I wanted free shipping. Normally, I use the top of a fiesta tervis 16 oz cup to make my biscuits round, but, free shipping balanced the cost, so why not. I have to say, I can see the flaky layers on the edge of my biscuits when I use these. If I had to do it again, then I would, even if free shipping wasn’t a factor.

A must have if you make biscuits

I have struggled to get my biscuits to rise evenly and often complained that it was my biscuit cutter. I have several King Arthur items in the kitchen so decided to try the biscuit cutter. 100% smooth clean cuts every time. Durable and sharp, a quality item for any kitchen.

I've learned SO MUCH about pastry & biscuit cutters!

This set of 4 cutters is awaiting use in my kitchen. I anticipate loving it but I just haven't made a recipe that calls for them yet! They are sturdy! The handles will make use easier than what I'm using now. I didn't realize that the cut should be straight down (and not twisted as you go down). I really don't know how I was cutting but now I know to cut straight down! I also hadn't thought about the cutters being sharp or dull. For sure what I've been using is dull. It's been in use for decades with at least 2 other cooks! I love that King Arthur Baking is continually teaching us!

Very pleased with this set. The variety of sizes makes them useful for many purposes and the handles make them very easy to use. They are deep enough for thick biscuit dough and I have not had any problem with dough sticking to them. They are heavy stainless steel and I expect them to last a long time. Order processed quickly and received them in a timely manner. Overall very pleased.

Sturdy, deep, stainless cutters - perfect for Toad in Hole breakfast sandwich!

Very sturdy quality deep stainless steel cutters! - perfect for making super deluxe 'Toads in a Hole' (cut hole in sandwich made of two slices of bread, ham, spinach, cheese, green onion - put sandwiches bread with round holes and the cut out rounds in buttered skillet, drop egg in center, stir any crumbs, salt and pepper into egg brown on both sides until egg is done). Most biscuit cutters aren't deep enough to do this.

I really like my biscuit cutters. They cut my sourdough biscuits with such ease and are easy to clean. I only wish it included a 3 inch size that I could use to cut my sourdough English muffins.
