Great tumbler

The ceramic is great, but the base makes this cup even better, no more clanking when setting it down. Great updated design!

Redone with improvements

Great new design. The new lid doesn't pultrude down into the cup. Plus, there's a rubber pad added at the bottom.

Great tumbler. Holds a nice amount of fluid 30oz. Cleans up nicely in dishwasher.

I was looking for a tumbler with a screw on lid, with a more secure drink opening and no handle. That's when I found this one. I have other RTIC tumblers but with push on lids. All keep my drinks cold. I like this one because it will keep my drink from leaking out if it should get knocked over.

Good cup- good improvements.

Beautiful dark purple! Love the colored lid. The twist on lid takes getting used to. The “silencer” on the base is a great addition. Can’t say that I notice any taste difference with the ceramic lining but I do like the look. I am a bit confused on use of a straw. You can’t use metal but there was conflicting info on if hard plastic straws are ok?

The ceramic coating is a nice change. I loved how the on-line personalization program enhanced the logo I wanted. It was perfect against the Black tumblers. Excactly what I was looking for and at a fair price too

I wish that I had paid more attention when making my decision . . . I can't believe that I didn't get a straw!

Faulty product

I own two of these. One works, one doesn't (despite no damage). My primary use tumbler works well, but after only a few uses, my backup doesn't keep anything warm, let alone hot. Because it was a gift, I didn't start using it right away and it hasn't been used much because it's my backup. Now beyond the 90 day warranty and RTIC won't support the warranty claim, no matter what. Also, since it was purchased on Amazon, they refuse to work with me at all, despite the fact that it is their product and was purchased on the RTIC Amazon store. Ultimately, an item is only as good as it's warranty and the company that stands behind it (or doesn't). So much for "overbuilt", couldn't hold up to a few trips to the office.

Great tumbler but now there's a con

Tumblers are great, hot stays hot, cold stays cold, haven't tried the new design.however I may need to look elsewhere for a new tumbler. You see, not only do they have a raised log on one side they now chose to engrave there logo on the other side taking up real estate for laser projects. Will have to rethink lots of designs.
