Might be nice if we could build it

I purchased this shed new in box and the hardware is missing. We have all the pieces and parts just no way to put them together!

Came apart

Panels would not snap together. Roof did not line up. Did not make it threw hurricane winds and now Rubbermaid wants almost the same price as we paid for the brackets we need to repair it.

Sturdy Shed

Bought this shed even after reading some of the negative reviews…and glad I did. Followed assembly instructions to the letter using both the written and video instructions… a flat base, installation, and anchoring. I live in SW Ohio, and few days ago, 60 MPH winds came through with heavy rain. No issues at all and interior stayed dry as a bone. Running joke with wife…’and do not over tighten the screws…’. All in all, while expensive, it works.

Shed is poorly designed

We bought this shed a year ago. At the time of assembly we noted that the roof and walls were not very well secured with the small screws and pins barely holding them together as well as the plastic fitting of the walls fitting in to grooves along the roof, and so we worried that a good gust of wind would lift the roof off. Well, that gust of wind came last week. As far as I can determine the wind tore the roof, ceiling and wall brackets off and then the whole shed collapsed. The wall brackets are twisted/bent and are beyond repair. For the time being, we have anchored the ceiling brackets to the floor using 4 steel cables (one at each corner) but the roof and walls staying together remain a concern. We are going to buy hinges or L-shaped brackets to see if that will secure them together better. It just needs to make it through the winter because next spring I will buy a wooden shed.

Assembled myself

Put it together myself in about 6 or 7 hours. The 3d video instructions were absolutely brilliant. Its been through a pretty hard wind and rain storm already, no issues. Looks great. Very satisfied.

Never again Rubbermaid! Terrible Shed!!!!

I bought this shed for over $1k and within the first 6 months a wind storm blew in and ripped the roof right off and let me say the don't send good roof fasteners at all. I was shocked as I have loved Rubbermaid products over the years and did see a few bad reviews on this one but thought let us see for ourselves if it's all that bad especially since my grandson is very handy. The directions state it should take I believe 3 hours to build...with the pieces that barely fit it took my grandsons a whole day of non stop working on it to try and figure this thing out. Held up for may 6 months the first good wind storm that came through blew the roof right off and was not able to repair as it left holes where the screws and hooks went. Emailed Rubbermaid several times sending pictures asking how to resolve this and NO RESPONSE. Terrible item and customer service acknowledgement. Now its taking up space looking tacky in the backyard and I can't afford another shed and need to find a new roof for this one as the parts are bent up and sun dried from sitting waiting on rubbermaid to respond.

Doors don't work

We got this together with very little issues. But then we put the doors on and they are so off kilter that they won't close.

Works well, assembly is a two man job

Good shed when assembled. Taking the protective film off the windows was TERRIBLE! Right had roof panel was mislabeled ( according to directions) but was correct peice. Snapping several off the wall panels into the bottom was brutal. Ool hanging accessories are ridiculously overpriced. Overall good shed... so far.

Too damaged to accept delivery

It was too damaged to accept delivery. I was going to convert this into a chicken coop. Now I need to try to order another one from somewhere else. Very disappointed. I hope I can get a refund, since I didn't get the shed.

6 Hour Installation Two or More People.

Assembly is more than one person, no way it is one. The walls will bow just a little, a person on the outside and one on the inside is much easier in assembly. The glued paper that protects the 3 windows panes is a major pain, it took 3 people 42 minutes average to remove both sides of the paper that protects the windows.

Great economy shed

Purchased about 1 year ago. Assembly took 2 people about 3 hours. It has withstood high winds, a foot of snow, and heavy rains. Bone dry inside.

Solid as a rock

Bought this shed in 2010. Stayed in the same place until 2023 when I had to dismantle it for an addition. Put it back together by myself last week in a different spot. Stayed in place through many windstorms. No problem. The only drawback is the roof panels which are difficult to install by myself (I'm 81). Other than that, I would recommend this shed for a lifetime of use.

not worth time and trouble

Lasted about 1 year. Wind storm (30mph) completely destroyed it. Company does not cover storm damage. Waste of money and us-disappointed in company's customer service.

Hard pass. Lesson learned.

Owned for 1 year. Is installed on a solid, new deck. Side panels are warped and crooked. Edges no longer meet. Snow and rain being let in on my bikes and lawn equipment.

POOR INVESTMENT

1 year ago ,the entire shed was blown down by wind. We had to rebuild. Last night, the entire roof was blown off, and now my roof is missing. I purchased this shed from home depot for 1599.99 plus tax. What a waste of money.
