Only received mop head, no handle!!

All I received was the mop head, no handle! Very dissappointing!

Difficult to put on sponge. Sponge came apart from holder when I tested the wringing lever. Very bad design.

Needed a heavy duty mop, great job on my kitchen floor.

Easy access got here in two days only problem it was delivered to my apartment building lobby not my apartment. I am disabled so it was difficult

I love this sponge mop, I’ve been using Rubbermaid mops for many years. I cannot find any other mop to replace it, cleans beautifully.

You need a bigger mop bucket to fit it in.it is a very large mop

Purchased this mop hoping it would be truly professional grade. In reality its the same or less quality as your standard mop from Target. Build quality aside, my #1 complaint is how short this mop is. Pictures make it seem like its much longer. Being a tall dude, Im forced to arch my back forward to mop with this thing. Instant back ache. Used once then tossed in the garage. Sigh.

I clean for a living and I love this mop. I have used it for about 20 years. I will never buy a different type, this one has proved its value to me.

Hisbis my favorite manual mop! The Rubbermaid steel roller sponge mop has been a staple in my family since I was a child and I don’t trust any other manual mop to clean my floors! I love that the replaceable head is not just for single use like swifter pads

I bought 2 of these because they are large and supposed to be heavy duty.....NOT not even close - the sponge turn into pieces on the second use on my new tile floor.

I use my mop to clean all my ceramic floors. It does a GREAT JOB does NOT leave any streaks! It is very well made - solid mop handle a thick mop head. I've been using this product for over "15 years" this is only my "second" mop handle! When you find a GREAT PRODUCT you stick with it!

Quality Mop

Bought this mop to help keep water mopped up after pulling truck into garage after it has been raining. My garage has epoxy coating and the water stains it so this mop work great to just mop up water that drains off. It is a little stiff to engage the handle to wring out the mop but other than that does the job.

I really liked this mop the first time I used it. Then the sponge area was not tight anymore. There was a loose head option, or rinse sponge option, no more mop floor neutral option. We couldn't use it to mop any longer. The handle in the middle was either tight/as in ringing out the sponge, or loose/ready to change sponge head. I wouldn't recommend this product.

Not a good mop at all. Bought two of them used the first one about a week and the head kept falling off. Rigged it so the mophead would stay on and it still was not good. After about a month, gave up. Then brought the other one out. Same thing happened. We continued to use it gently putting the head back on every few strokes. . Not a good mop to buy.

Exactly what I was looking for. I wanted a bucket that was wide enough for a sponge mop and I ran across this bucket that has two compartments; I use one for clean water and the other to wring out the dirty water. Easy to carry and fits my mop perfectly. So glad I found this.
