Garbage and waste of money

Better of buying a broom!!! this product does NOT make your life simpler!!!!!!!!!!!! the canister fall off all the time splaying dust and dirt all over! What a mess..... Do yourself a favor, Don't waste your money on this poorly produced garbage!

Bad Battery

Very Bad Battery. Does not last at all. I like that its really light weight but I have to charge it Everyday to use it for 5 minutes.

Loved the product when it worked however it stopped spinning/collecting anything anything after three months.

Unhappy

I received this product and upon opening I discovered it had been used and there was no battery or charger. I am not happy at all. I am in process of return. $130.00 wasted. And that disgusts me

Only partial power adjustment

You can't adjust power level when on carpet. Its powerful but sometimes unnecessary since it just drains the battery life when you can't adjust the power level. It lasts less than 20 mins.

would buy it again

Light weight. Very easy to charge and use whenever needed. Plenty of power, Relatively easy to clean, but bits of fuzz which are difficult to remove get stuck in the air filter. It's about as noisy and loud as any of the other stick vacuums

Fast shipping and might replace your full size vacuum...it is that good!

Buy something better

I’ve only owned this a few months and it’s already losing suction power. The brush is constantly popping out and I have had the hardest time finding a replacement brush. I can’t believe Black and Decker would make a product like this. I have always liked their products.

This little vacuum is perfect for cleaning up crumbs, etc., around the kitchen and dining area. It's a daily convenience.

Not happy!

Awful! Not worth the money! The canister is difficult to empty it’s like it’s stuck or something it’s been like that since day 1 of owning this vacuum and it doesn’t clean very well. Not Happy at all..I have owned better
