Specs on tub are WRONG!

The specs say the tub is 20.375" high. It's only 18. The soaking depth is listed as 18" high. It seems some work was done there because as other reviews list theirs as 13", mine arrived at 14". Still, way out of spec and not at all what I ordered and expected. I was looking to increase my soaking depth from my previous tub, not decrease it. Of course, I didn't discover this until my plumber unpacked it to install it. Now I've got a torn apart bathroom and no way to trust that if I order a different tub that I will get what I paid for, and I'm out the money I have paid the plumber to do the job that can't be done. Then, when I call customer service, they want to charge me a 20% restocking fee for their screw-up. That's FRAUD, on top of false advertising! And since this was done on my credit card, that makes it credit card fraud. I absolutely will be pursuing that if I am charged for restocking.

MAAX Tub Increases Usable Tub Space

I removed our one piece shower and tub and replaced it with a MAAX tub. In the same space it goes from a tub that was too small for me to take a bath to a tub with more room than I need.

Lowe’s lied

Lowe’s has the incorrect specs listed on this tub. I special ordered this tub specifically because the specs claimed to be 18” at the overflow. It’s actually 13” at the overflow. When I tried to return the tub the manager Jeremy at the Oakland park Lowe’s said I would be charged a 20% restock fee. I even showed him the specs listed on their website and had him measure the overflow height himself. He saw with his own eyes that the overflow is 13”. He still insisted I pay the 20% restocking fee. For a $1200 tub why should I have to pay $250 for restock when false information is listed on the website when ordering. I will be contacting Maxx and boycotting Lowe’s for life!

Nice contemporary looking tube. Didn’t install it yet, that’s why I am giving 4 stars for quality, but it looks like it’s going to work for my new guest bathroom just fine

Lowes has wrong information

The tub depth is only 18” with a soaking depth of 13”. Lowe’s has the WRONG info about this tub in the specifications.

[Rewarded Review] Wrong tub listed

Description and specs say this is a left hand drain, but the model number is apparently for a right hand drain. Please correct this so nobody else waits four weeks for the wrong tub.
