Lacking information

Seems to be well made. Sturdy. Lacking info on both the box and the pump itself, ie size of pipe (it’s 1 ½ “). Unable to register. Lowe’s sticker covers needed on box and sticker on pump doesn’t give info needed. But so far the pump itself is working fine.

Review items that have limited stock before leavin

Haven’t been able to install as it was missing a part that they won’t be able to send for 1 - 2 weeks

Needs all the adapter bits in the bag with hose.

Noisy motor

The motor is very noisy on it . I dont know if this is normal or not . others I had were very quiet running . I may take it back .

This pump is better then lighter duty pumps

Warehouse shipping mistake

Pump had obvisously been returned before sending it to me, plus the switch lever was missing.

worked well but wouldn't after power outage

This was working incredibly well. After a power outage, it kept running but wouldn't pump water anymore. The store told me they can't verify my warranty, I know I have had it less than two years.

Packaging was faulty.

Pump had broken thru the cardboard box exposing the pump to possible damage in shipping.

tried to get this pump twice and both times it was broken in the box either shipped upside down or not packed properly. inspect this before you accept.

BAD IN 7 WEEKS

BOUGHT 2 OF THESE 7 WEEKS AGO, JUST WENT DOWN IN THE BASEMENT AND THE 1 IS RUNNING BUT NOT PUMPING ANY WATER AND THE MOTOR WONT SHUT OFF UNLESS I UNPLUG IT. NOT WHAT I EXPECT FROM A 200 DOLLAR SUMP PUMP
