Absolutely gorgeous sink. Easy to install. Faucet is beautiful too, however the water flow is lower than I would have liked.

I bought this in October as part of a bathroom remodel as a solution to a clearance problem caused by a underhung style sink. The picture on the internet was darker and did not show the amazingly beautiful color of this sink. It exceeded my expectations and looks absolutely breath taking in my bathroom. It matched the russet colored towels I already owned and I would definitely recommend your products to my friends and family.

Very attractive. Easy to clean. Everyone who sees it is impressed. I do not think I would want it in an area with kids but it is fine in an adult's bathroom.

First, let me say the customer service sucks......I asked to "speak" with them over several emails and they would not provide me a number to call on, nor would they call me. Obviously they don't want to hear my complaints. I had several issues and all they would do was tell me to get a bunch of information that only a plumber could fix...which means I needed to hire my plumber to come back $$. Water flow is extremely slow and they insisted it was a "pressure" problem. The water flows fast on my previous sinks, and also when not hooked up to these faucets.In the end my problem was never resolved, they just kept repeating themselves. Going on over a month and I gave up.Second, these sinks don't sit on the counter like in the picture. Take a look at my picture and you will see what I mean.Finally, I used a professional plumbing company, and no matter how hard he tried the sinks would not tighten completely. They are snug, but have movement if bumped.I guess you get what you pay for, thought the price was pretty good, but not if you're buying garbage.Please don't make the same mistake I did, stick with the quality name brands.
