I would have given a higher rating, but the item was missing a couple of special fasteners that hold the risers to the shelfs. Tried contacting customer support to get replacement parts, but they could not find my order and wanted me to send them a copy of my order, receipt and pictures as proof. I had ordered this online so I fi d it hard to believe they dis not have my order. It was easier for me to just rig something up to fix my issue than jump through a bunch of hoops to get a couple fasteners.
