Bad quality

I wanted to love it but of the 3 I ordered, all 3 were damaged. I messaged customer service and asked if they could guarantee better quality and they said no so I'm sad not to reorder. Great idea, Bad quality!

Decent frames

These frames are lightweight and pretty good. I’m a librarian and I specifically needed 1.25” frames to match the high end ones purchased for my library at work. The mats had a few blemishes but I was able to use an eraser on some. Easy to take apart and position everything. One of the four frames arrived scratched up on the frame part and on the clear front but the only way to return is to return a full set. I recommend buying these on sale if you don’t want to hassle with returning them. Luckily I only needed three so I’m not going to bother.

Frame was great! Exactly as described, cheaper cost than equivalents from other stores/sites and came super quick; it was also packed very well so no damage whatsoever despite being such a light frame. I would recommend getting frames from this store if you need a decent, generic frame.

I love this frame! It’s better in person than in picture. The rust color is like a patina finish. It also came well packaged and on time.
