Terrible Quality. Don't waste your $

We purchased 2 of these at the end of May 2023. They were put in storage (in a climate controlled environment/storage locker) 4 mos later. We just got them out of storage this weekend to reassemble and the finish has all peeled off and the frames and braces are splitting. One swing can't be used at all. For the cost of almost $1,000 we got 4 months use out of them. Sad!

Unhappy with Swing

The swing would be great - however, the order came with bolts of the incorrect size, pieces where holes for bolts were lined up improperly, a split and chip in one of the boards on the swing. We had to purchase additional bolts and drill new holes for the swing. Very disappointed to have put all of the work into assembling the swing only to find that a bunch of parts were missing or not correctly drilled.

I got this as a gift from my mom! Putting it together the holes did want to line up, and I have only had it 2 months and it’s cracking from the rain. So if you buy this don’t put in where is can get wet!

It's Complicated!

The order and delivery process went without a hitch. What was unclear was just how much assembly is required. I am unable to truly rate the product at this time because it is a genuine process to get the frame and then the swing assembled. It came beautifully and as far as I can tell, efficiently packaged. What is lacking for sure are sufficient instructions and detail of how to assemble. I do not like that you have to go through another company to get the instructions. My handyman will have to consult with his college educated nephew to help with instructions not clearly written. Otherwise, it looks beautiful in the box. I do not know of a resource on line to assist with assembly.

This swing is beautiful. Assembly was a bit of a challenge, as a couple holes did not line up on the arm rests. The top cover is a bit small, but works ok to keep some of the sun at bay. It sits nice, and is quiet in motion.

What a shame... A gorgeous swing, for the beauty I will easily give a five stars. The overall structure an other five stars. But the bench, no star at all. I had to rebuild the bench entirely. Customize holes, added screws, make joints stronger by using epoxy. In total, I spent 2 days building the swing and hopefully I have woodworking tools and an other day to apply a good outdoor protector.

Can't go wrong especially for the price!

I was surprised by how comfortable it is. The cushions looked on the thinner side so I was skeptical while I was putting it together. After it was all together I was very happy with how comfortable it is. My son and I assembled it. Parts of the directions were not completely clear. I did get it figured out. I've wanted a yard swing for years so I am thrilled with my purchase.

Amazing customer service

While the product had some flaws we noticed when putting it together, it is still a great swing and great price. Once I reached out to Aosom about the issues I was having with the swing, I was stunned at the amazingly quick response and wonderful customer service I received. I will definitely shop with Aosom again.

It was a real pain in the but to put together I have cracked boards chiped wood on the A frame on the top.I tried calling them but nobody wants to help you. It should have been made in the USA. not China I totally wish I would have went somewhere else for the porch swing.

This swing is incredibly sturdy and he held up well in this month. I love sitting on my porch on the swing gentle rocking back and forth!

Good but quality control a little lacking.

Nice quality for the price. Quality control was a little lacking. Some of the cuts were out of spec and it had to be forced a little. Also they packaged up with three rear legs and one front leg. It went together but now our swing has a front leg that has a couple of extra unnecessary holes. Be sure to have a powered driver or electric drill with Allen heads and a socket wrench or you'll have carpal tunnel after the build is complete.
