Great chairs

We are very pleased with this purchase. We first ordered the table and chair set which came with 6 chairs. I took a chance ordering these two more chairs hoping they would match and they matched perfectly. Sturdy and solid chair.

Hard to assemble but beautiful

I did not remove any stars for assembly, even though the instructions are not usable. I put the chairs together just by looking at the picture. But what kept this at 5 stars is the sturdiness and the timeless look. It looks so high-end. We have heavier family members that are nearing 300lbs, and they feel secure sitting in this. The wood is thick and heavy, the chair is rustic and beautiful. It is darker than the picture show, but it worked out perfect for us.

Rustic chairs

The chairs are pretty. They are not easy to assemble. Some of the screw holes do not align properly. Armed with a drill I made adjustments. The assembly instructions show screws attaching the seat to the chair. There are neither screws nor holes drilled for attaching the seat. I glued the seats to the chair. If you don't want to employing some DIY ingenuity then you might want to pass on the chairs.

Great chairs!

We love these chairs. They are a simple design and go perfectly with our custom farm table. 1 of the 6 chairs we purchased was broken when we pulled it out of the box but wanting to avoid the hassle of trying to return it, my husband used a little wood glue and nails and fixed it himself.

Horrible Instructions

They are very nice chairs and I would have given them 5 stars , however the instructions were horrible. After an hour, I decided to just put them together without the instructions. They turned out perfect.

Sturdy Chairs

Needed a replacement to the one my husband knocked over and broke. Quick shipping. Great chairs.

Terrible quality. Holes didn’t line up and some weren’t even...

Would give more stars but they arrived chipped in some corners, which unfortunately are very blatant. overstock only gave 30 dollars as compensation, which is not enough. The chairs themselves are fine but a little heavy and you will need to get something to put on the bottom of the chair legs to stop them from scraping hardwood floors.

Rustic decor

Good quality. Just what we were looking for. Shipping was good. Instructions were good. Assembly time was OK. Color was maybe one shade darker than depicted in photos.

Beautiful, great quality!

We bought the 7-piece table and chair set but wanted to sit 8 people so we bought these extra chairs. The table hasn't arrived yet, but we put to chairs together and wow! The wood is solid and beautiful, with darker tones in the knots and warmer tones in the smooth wood. Very versatile! We will have to lightly sand the wood on the back of one of the chairs because it is a little rough, but it is an easy fix for such a great chair. Looking forward to getting the table and enjoying the full set!

Nice looking chairs but..........

Bought 2 sets. I wanted this simple/rustic look and they are nice looking and go well with my farm table however, the assembly was a nightmare! The directions are worthless and the time it took to assemble them was totally not worth the effort. After assembling one chair I was really tempted to send them all back.
