This is a really sturdy and attractive coffee table. The material is press-board covered by veneer, but it looks great, almost like real, polished wood. My husband and I were able to assemble it with no problem. The directions were very clear, and overall it is a pretty simple design. We also appreciated the more environmentally friendly packaging...no big sheets of styrofoam or bubble wrap involved, yet arrived in perfect condition. We are very happy with this purchase.

This is a very heavy coffee table! The second shelf feels a little unnecessary most of the time but it does come in handy when clearing the table for cleaning or playing a game. The adjustable height feet made it really easy to level on my uneven floors!
