Lack of communication

Lack of communication.... Purchase bed on May 21, 2020 and nowhere in the listing did it state that item was back ordered or would be delayed in shipment. Ive never received any communication from Vendor except for initial purchase email. When checking online on account for status saying that it is not expected to ship until June 29. It wouldve been nice to of known in advance so I couldve made a better decision. When trying to call the phone number you cannot get to a person

The delivery company delivered the bed and set it up without showing me significant manufacturing flaws, but they shipped me a new headboard and foot board, again, acceptable but this is not flawless furniture folks. Some imperfections are okay considering it's rustic looking, wood splitting is not.

The only thing we found to dislike was the finnish. It is much darker than pictured. The shipping was fine and the bed is very nice dispite the darker color.

This is a very durable and attractive bed. It's very sturdy, yet was straightforward to assemble. Knocking off on star because the decorative accents are plastic, not metal - although you would never know from a distance. I'm using this bed (and the related bedroom set) to furnish a vacation rental. I would probably not choose this bed for my home because the style is rustic, not contemporary - but that fits the mountain vacation home theme very well.

It was almost put together when we realized that it is missing the most important parts . Luckily I had some L brackets and short screws hanging around to make it work. That was disappointing . The shipper didn’t notify me when it was arriving so I came home to find this HuGE package at my door but that all worked out Overall I am happy with the purchase but buyer beware Have back up hardware

The Brenner Bed...

The Brenner Bedroom Set from the Coaster brand is completely functional and gorgeous! I like how it is both light but still strong. The craftsmanship is unbelievable for the price. Shipment was fast and they made sure the Bedroom Set was delivered safely. No scratches. Would highly reccomend!

Coasters Brenner is the best Bedroom Set. They offer quality, great prices and an assortment of choices. I found the right style to fit my new home.

Lovely but poor construction

Ordered both the full sized bed and the matching nightstand. Both arrived damaged but were fixable. The wood on the bed frame is lovely, the color and style are beautiful. The "metal accents" are just plastic and two broke off during shipping. Assembly requires two people for support so the metal plate doesn't bend while attaching. There was also a piece of hardware missing on a support leg (threaded insert for the bolt, metric sized) and the wood supports themselves feel flimsy. After a trip to the hardware store I was able to finish assembly and touch up the scuffed parts from shipping. While we are keeping the bed I will not be ordering any more item from the Coaster brand.
