Quality product and service

Great value and looks nice in my daughter’s new home. Assembly a but if a challenge with only pictures so glad I have any assemblies under my belt and know what a cam bolt is otherwise could get lost.

Very happy with this bed. It feels very sturdy and looks great! Only thing is I think the headboard should be a little higher.

Bought this bed for my MIL moving to assisted living. I was looking for real wood and finally found it in this item. The finish is white washed which is very nice but I knew she would like a smoother finish so I gave it a quick one coat of semi gloss paint. It looks like I paid 3x the amount I did.

Worth It

Looks just like what they show online. I like how it elevates the mattress off the floor, it’s higher than my previous bed frame. It does not squeak and feels sturdy.

Good Structure

The beds are beautiful and the perfect color white wash, and they go perfectly with the style of our girls’ bedroom. The wood is solid and solid construction. The only thing I would say as a negative is the directions - if you have certain parts numbered in the manual, number them on the actual bags the screws came in. It took us a while to figure it out, but once we did, they look lovely.

WRONG COLOR, POOR QUALITY - DO NOT BUY!

I ordered the Rustic Queen Bed with Solid Headboard in Driftwood. It is NOT LIGHT GRAY AS PICTURED! It came in a really ugly olive-brown finish that does not go with my furniture. Unfortunately, I had hired someone to assemble it and was not there at the time so I didn't see the color or I would have returned it. The item was also damaged - there was a broken plank but the handyman figured out how to assemble it anyway. I was told that the color is due to the stain, but not sure why they would advertise a color that is a completely different color family than what you actually get. It's cheaply made and I do not recommend this product!

Do your research before purchasing.

Solid wood??? I think plank and beam is full of lies. If this is solid wood, it is the worst wood ever!!

Get a color sample first

The stain is streaky and much darker than anticipated. It was almost black. I anticipated some color variance but not that much. We ordered Barnwood Brown. One box was labeled as “espresso” but I was told by customer service that it didn’t matter - only the “181” at the end of the code mattered. It took 2-3 days for customer service to respond and I was then told I could have ordered a sample of the color before ordering the bed (I haven’t been able to find that on the website). They are charging me shipping to return the items, although they are waiving the restock fee. I don’t think I should be charged to ship back when the color is so drastically off. Between the customer service rep’s lack of concern and the difference in color, we are returning everything and going elsewhere.
