A vegan success!
This isn't genuine cowhide - it isn't supposed to be - as a vegan, I love it! It's actually very furry and soft - a perfect touch to give a room texture.
Cowhide rug
Its really pretty but it doesnt lay flat. I wanted to use it in front of a chair but since it doesnt lay flat it would be a tripping hazard. I will keep it and use it elsewhere but a little disappointed that its not like it shows in picture.
Just Ok
We unfortunately will be returning the rug as it doesn’t really look real. Yes it is soft and I could see why folks would like this, but for our purposes it’s not going to work as we have other real ones in the same room and it would just be clashing. If you wanted some thing that was not animal-based and soft I would recommend this. But if you wanted some thing that looked real I would not recommend it
