Hole in sink in 2 years

I bought this product in 2022. We found hole in corner in 2024. Within 2 years hole in corner. I contact customer care they ask for receipt, photos and videos and I send all detail. They reply that product never have hole, but I have, and they are not responding. Hole in sink they said it's black dot, but We saw water under sink behind rubber coating. It's weld properly in joints.

Love this sink! Took a bit to work it into an existing sink cutout, but well worth it. Love the low divider (second sink I’ve used like this) and deep bowls. Once you go deep with shallow divider it’s hard to go back.

Quality product but the design doesn't work for me

I've had this Ruvati sink about a year now. The pluses are: It was very well packaged, was fairly easy to drop in/install, is well made, heavy duty, looks nice, a modern update to my old sink.

Nice sink at a fair price. Wasn’t the easiest to install for a homeowner, but it looks good and was described accurately. Nice that it came with double drain assemblies for the price.

Amazing Sink

We got this sink about 2 years ago. Our local granite vendor came and made all new cuts to take this sink, which was much larger than our prior one. They left a nice margin so the new sink just dropped in. The secret to this sink is the 3 inch rib/divider in the middle. It has more uses than you can imagine. We put our disposal on the right, the smaller side. Very large dishes will fit to soak on the left. The center rib is useful just to rest heavy pans on, like boiling speghetti and it sids securely while you get the strainer. Even after 2 years, we are ever more pleased with the quality of Ruvati and our choice of design.

Worth the price

The quality of the Ruvati 33-inch Drop-in Low Platform-Divide Zero Radius 60/40 Double Bowl 16 Gauge Topmount Kitchen is great. The product match what was displayed online. if you want a farm house sink with a twist this sink is AWESOME. The PROs the material is great and worth the price No Cons I would recommend to a friend.

Very Functional...

I really like the shape and size of this sink. It fits in the same opening as my old round-edged sink, but provides 20% more space. I chose this particular model because of the 4" height of the divider between the two basins. It's high enough to fill with soapy water to wash the dishes that can't go in the dishwasher, and at the same time creates plenty of space for rinsing and filling large pots and pans.

Love it. Great sink, perfect size. Useful for soaking large platters or large pots. It's made so well and packed beautifully when it is shipped to you (or directly from the store). Designed in such a way there is plenty of room under the sink to store products.

Love the style size and shape, it meets all my expectations in that evaluation. However the finish always looks dirty no matter how much I clean it and it’s rusting in little spots on the bottom of the sink. The ultimate finish that looked nice when installed but just after 1Month it looks old and dingy!

Absolutely love this sink! It looks great and the design is super functional. My cookie sheets fit flat into the larger side for easier cleaning. The low divide is fantastic for filling larger pots and helpful when rinsing large items. Love the strainer baskets for catching solids (we don't have a garbage disposal).

Great sink, except for drain speed

I love many aspects of this sink which other reviewers have discussed such as the small dividing wall between the two parts of the sink. This wall has many uses since it is flat and just large enough to set things on. I use one sink for soaking and the other for everything else. I like the division into a one small and one large sink.

Large and perfect except its not spot free.

The sink is large and that is what we wanted. My main issue is the spots I get with the hard water we have in Houston. You constantly have to be cleaning it to get rid of the spots even inside. The other issue is that the bottom could use a slighter slant for water to drain faster into the drain. Other than that, its excellent sink and we really used the large size of it.

I purchased this sink from Menards online because after reviewing several sinks I decided I wanted this one for the size and the low and wide middle divider wall between the double sinks, and Home Depot didn't have it stock. Its great. Its nice and big and would be perfect except for several hammer dings on the back edge that stand out under the kitchen light from above. It looks like someone took a hammer and dinged it several times across the back. Its the first thing your eyes are drawn to when you look at the sink. I would return it for another if I didn't have to wait two weeks for the shipping of another. In the photo you can see the biggest ding on the back edge near the left corner. There are several other dings that stand out in person but didn't come through on the camera. I know things you buy aren't perfect but for the price of over $400, this sink shouldn't have defects that stand out on first glance. Also, the sink flanges didn't come with lock nuts. We had to reuse the one from my old sink. I noticed in Home Depot recently that all the cheap sink flanges they sell come with brass lock nuts. So, you'll need to get your own or reuse your old ones if you get this sink.

Arrived quickly. Very well packed. I LOVE this sink!! I looked at hundreds of sinks to replace the 30 year old one in the house we bought. Over the last 4 decades I've had every kind of sing imaginable in my homes and this one has almost everything I ever wanted: large, deep for cleaning large backing sheets, pans and serving dishes; but two seperate areas so I can soak something in one and still have the other; and a landing area in the middle for setting heavy or large items when cleaning or filling with water. I'm not a huge fan of stainless steel sinks, but I can live with it since this is the most functional sink I've every come across.

I previously had an overmount cast iron porcelein almond sink.......I didn't want to switch out my granite and had to find a modern looking overmount stainless sink! I love this sink! It is so big!!! The low divide is perfect and looks awesome!!!!! I can't say enough about how well it was packaged and shipped! Definitely a great choice!!! It came with the sink racks and the drain has a small removable basket that catches any food that gets into the side of the sink without the garbage disposal! Would definitely recommend this sink! Great upgrade to my kitchen!

A seriously high quality sink for a great kitchen. I absolutely love the flat (low) riser that separates the two sinks. It allows you to rest a dish or other item between the two sinks for faucet usage to fill items. The soap dispenser is a very clean and attractive hardware that is simple to refill. The racks that protect the base of each sink is a great addition to this product! A really wonderful sink!!
