I love my new Ruvati sink! I love the design and how easy it is to wash dishes in. The design of the workstation makes it easy to use and exceeds my expectations!

No mounting hardware, wrong template

Ordered the RVG2302UG undermount sink. In the specifications it says the mounting hardware is included. There was no hardware in the box. The included template was also wrong as it did not list our model number.

i love the sink the finish could be a little smoother for cleaning.

I would give this 5 stars but all the pictures of this sink show it with a cutting board accessory. We only got the drain board. Other than that we really like the size and finish of the sink. We have had the sink for a few weeks and we do get hard water spots, but they clean off. Our delivery was fast.

the sink drain that came with this purchase is yellow not white. It turned more yellow over a couple of weeks, very disappointed. Now have to pay for replacement.

Fragile and easy breakable

Ours couldn’t use it. Before after Covid’s pandemic and We weren’t able to star our kitchen remodeling project because of the lack of supplies and high prices. But when recently ready, we found out the included cutting board made a hold to the sink. Two years after I bought it, no way we could claim a return/refund. And the warranty it was not worth because we learned in the hard way, it not good material for a kitchen sink.

I returned this one for the undermount version but otherwise the two are identical. More than a year later the sink is holding out great - water stains aren't visible unlike stainless steel.

It’s lovely and very functional. I prefer the silicone mat to the metal mats that come on other sinks. The composite cutting board and roll up drain board are great accessories, it’s only been in a week but it looks like it’s going to look new forever

Worth the Money!

I didn't like the template. Love the sink!

We get complements on this from everyone. It drains easily and does not stain (have urban gray color). The accessories are a bonus. The plumber liked it so much he decided to change his go-to sink to this one.

I love the way this sink looks in my kitchen. Its matte black finish contrasts the marble in which it is laid, more than meeting my aesthetic expectations. Its large basin makes short work of cleaning up after cooking, and the sloped angle of the bottom quickly draws water and food remains toward the drain for quick cleaning of the sink itself. Add to that the cool inlay drying rack and silicon basin protector (both already in use), and this sink looks straight out of a design studio. Highly recommend.

Beautiful sink and very convenient

Cracks

The quality of this sink is absolute garbage. Immediately after install we found a crack a few inches off the bottom. Didn't realize it until we filled the sink to wash dishes. Took it as a fluke and Ruvati made good and sent us a new sink. Now just over a year later after straining some noodles the sink has cracked again across the entire bottom front of the sink. This morning another crack started up towards the top of the sink. Really disappointed. Now we can't use the sink and must go through the process of purchasing a new sink and getting it installed. Stay away from this product.

Almost exactly what we wanted.

A beautiful, huge sink. Fairly smooth surface, but not like a counter top. Darker than black stainless but not pitch black. The accessories are very nice, well made.

The sink looks great right out of the box, everything fit together nicely, the installation clips can be a little challenging at times. Overall, very happy with our purchase.

This granite composite sink is amazing!

Extremely pleased with the quality and appearance of this workstation sink. Accented it with a Koehler pull down faucet, cold water drinking faucet and mounted soap dispenser in brushed stainless finish - it’s an amazing center piece of our kitchen

Beautiful sink

It is so beautiful and fuctions very well. Love ther color and the protection mat it comes with. Make sure you check the sink for any cracks or chips. They openned the box fir us and let us check it. It was perfect no issues at all. Very easy to install.

Homerun

I ordered this while the wife was on vacation in Mexico and got cramps from keeping my fingers crossed for a week. after dropping it into the hole all I remember hearing is "That's beautiful, you done good!" My fingers are much better. Great quality and finish. Would buy again but not without her pre-approval.
