Great looking sink. Water drains perfectly. However disappointed that the drain assemblies are plastic.

I had done quite a bit of research and am most pleased with the Ruvati 16-gauge stainless steel sink! I love the brushed surface. It hides the water spots quite nicely. The strainer baskets work perfectly at keeping food bits out of my septic system and the plugs make a good seal when filled with water. Also, it has excellent sound and vibration absorption! I've had it installed for over a month now with a house full of different people using it - no scratches, dents or otherwise. It seems very durable, like it will last quite well even with our high usage, while remaining beautiful! I am a happy customer and highly recommend this sink.

Drainage

Like everything about the sink with one exception. The bottom is not sloped so some water tends to remain in the sink,never reaching the drain. If I was in an area with high minerals in the water I suspect it would lead to staining as it has to dried manually or left to evaporate. I'm fine with the drain being positioned toward the rear, but this probably exacerbates the problem. Otherwise, beautiful sink and accessories.

Missing pieces

Got the sink home and both drain strainer assemblies were missing.

Watch for shipping damage

The middle of the sink has very weak support, so the sink bent in the middle during transport. Had to install it, countertop installers were on site. Nice sink, but inspect carefully upon receipt.

Scratches Easily

Have had it for about a month and already lots of scratches in the sink just from regular average cleaning of dishes. It's disappointing given the cost and since there's no way to easily replace (which would be more money of course). I did research before purchasing and this Ruvati gets strong reviews for quality and durability, but clearly this has not been my experience with this sink. Bummer.

The depth of the bowls is great, and the heavier gage makes a difference

Damaged

Sink came damaged., No packaging damage, so it looks like it was shipped from the factory as damaged. Sink lip is bent at the corner.

Everything was ok just one thing the middle was to flexible

Arrived in poorly packed open box

The sink arrived in a box with only one strip of tape across the top and partially opened. It appeared that the box had opened during shipping, the small boxes and plastic bags for the bolts, fasteners, etc. were open and items were falling out of the bottom of the box when I lifted it up. Order almost looked like it was a returned item they just stuck a piece of tape on the box, and resold it. Several items were missing. I did return item to Lowes and they reordered the same sink for me, This time I'm having it shipped to the store. Hopefully the vendor does a better job packing it for shipping and it arrives new, in good shape with all parts.. It looks like a quality sink if I can get one with all the parts.

Lots of extras come with this sink. Like the look, love the accessories.

Nice price

I would say for the price point this sink is a great buy, unsure about how the product holds up over time as we haven't had it installed very long. Nevertheless, I would buy again. There are not a lot of sinks this size with this bowl depth in stainless.
