So far so good with the desk. It was well packaged. Arrived quickly. Extremely sturdy and easy to assemble.

I would like to echo two issues pointed out by other reviewers:

No storage

The drawers are TINY. Only 6 inches deep, they're only useful as storage for odds and ends, chapstick, pens etc. Cannot fit a piece of paper. Assembly was easy and it does look nice. I do like the hidden cords. Wish I had read reviews first.

solid, easy to assemble

This piece is solid, and easy to assemble, the power and usb outlets are a big plus. But I didn't expect the three drawers to be so tiny, each only spans half the depth of the table top, and is very wobbly when pulling out.

Why Not 5 Stars

Great Desk! Love the size, color, and wood but the Drawers could have been much deeper! You cannot place an 8X11 in the drawers... they only pull out 3.5 inches. There is plenty of room for Simpli Home to have made full size drawers to pull out.

Absolutely love this desk. It’s beautiful and made of solid wood. The drawers are very short and not spacious at all however it does have built-in USB and plugs.

I was surprised how beautiful and solid the wood is and how easy it was to build. Would definitely recommend.

Cute but poor quality

Cute desk and easy to put together however I have been very disappointed in the quality. Upon delivery, it already had a few dings which was ok, I understand shipping furniture isn't easy. However, after just a few days of use, I realized that my keyboard was also scratching it just sitting on top of the desk. The paint/finish is very thin/poor quality to have so many chips so easily (again some that were already on the desk when it was delivered). The drawers are also basically useless, they only pull open a few inches so you cannot really put anything in them. I would have appreciated knowing that ahead of time as one of the reasons I purchased this desk was because it had drawers. Overall would not recommend it. Also very disappointed in Macy's customer service, it seems that you cannot email customer service any longer, only can call to be hold for hours. I purchased this desk over the summer and would have liked to be able to reach someone so hoping this review might help.

I am generally pleased with the desk except that one of the drawer pulls broke for no reason that I could see. I’ll just superglue it back together or buy new drawer pulls. Drawers are pretty shallow but the wood is solid.

Very nice desk, just as shown on pictures. The only thing is that the drawers are very small, can’t fit in a 8 12x 11 file. Easy to assemble, barely took an hour to do so.

Cute desk! Easy to put together, feels like it's decent quality, shipped nicely. It's VERY heavy though and you will need to 2 people to carry and assemble it. I'm very happy with it though!

Exactly as described. Even better! Beautiful wood, drawers that open/close easily, easy to assemble. You can easily set up 2 PCs or laptops and still have space between the two. I’ve already recommended this to others.
