Need 2 broken mugs replaced

Need 2 broken mugs replaced and due to my lack of knowledge with tech issues this is turning into multiple emails repeating problem constantly. Tried to send 3 photos today and hope they were received.

I would buy this product again.

Lovely dinnerware set. Arrived well packed and in good condition. I'm very pleased, and can't wait to put them to good use, entertaining.

These are actually prettier than the photo shows. All arrived well. I don’t need the mugs so the way they are colored wasn’t an issue though I see why folks don’t care for them. The lunch plates are smaller than my last set so I will have to get used to that. I have learned to let the dishes cool before removing from dishwasher. Helps to keep them from chipping. I’ve only had them a few days but washed before using and they did well. They were a great value.

Great dishes! We like the blue color. Dishes are very sturdy for years of use.

The color of is set is beautiful. The coffee mugs are smaller than pictured. Also, the salad plates are small. Somewhat disappointed with those two factors, but I will keep this set.

Very pleased with the quality of the dishes. The colors are well blended and will look very elegant when entertaining guests even though they are our everyday dishes.

Not what I expected

I did not expect a shiny finish as this wasn’t quoted at all. Terribly disappointed. Went to send them back but shipping was $10 less than the dishes. I plan on donating them to charity,

I love the look of this set and purchased two sets of 4. It arrived today and was packaged nicely however, after inspecting each piece closely, one bowl and one cup are unusable. The bowl has a large crack and the cup has a big chip on the bottom which is quite sharp to the touch. My last set of Corelle is still kicking from 2006. I'm very disappointed already and have buyers remorse. JCP associate could not offer the return of just the two damaged pieces and I need the dish set for a special dinner this week and cannot wait three weeks for a replacement. I had to accept the small rebate as a solution.

Pflattscroft Sadie Blue Dinner Set

I ordered 2 sets of dishes and they came in 2 ones. 1 mug was broken so I called to see if I could exchange the broken mug for a new mug and was told I would have to send back one of the sets back. Then I would be sent a new replacement set after they received the bad set. I got an email stating that they received the set and would be issuing a gift card. I was told they did not have anymore sets of the dinner sets. I was really mad because. I had been told that I would get a replacement set. Also I should have gotten a refund not a gift card. Very dissatisfied with the handling of this situation.
