Won't Stop Shedding

I love the color and look of this rug. However, it has been a year since I bought it and it hasn't slowed down shedding. Everytime I vacum, the canister is packed full of fibers from this rug. I expect some shedding, but this is ridiculous.

Safavieh Anatolia Adella Rug

In the photo on the BB & B site, the border looks red or rust. It is actually mud-brown. The reddish pattern is actually faded. I thought the warehouse made a mistake.

I guess for the price I was happily surprised by the quality of the rug! The colors are just as pictured online and it is really quite nice.

Good quality from Safavieh

This rug is thick and soft. It's well made and the colors are subdued but distinct. I don't find that all the rugs from this brand are of a good quality. In fact, I've sent one back before. But I guess, you get what you pay for. This one is a bit more expensive than many of their other rugs but worth the cost for the quality and thickness. I'm ordering another one for a different part of the room.

Love this rug! I was looking to lighten up my living room without new furniture and this rug absolutely did the trick. This brand of rug is know for it's quality and cushion, too. Unlike the pictures, there is a bit of mossy green in it which is what I needed. It's beautiful. I bought the runner too.

Color true to picture. Love this carpet. Thick enough pile but not too thick Being wool, sheds a little when vacuuming but not a problem. Would buy again and recommend to a friend.

Won’t stop shedding

I love the look and feel of this rug but it doesn’t stop shedding, plugs up my vacuum cleaner and leaves carpet particles everywhere throughout my house.

Definitely get the wool pile. The wool pile even at the same thickness as the polypropylene pile looks and FEELS much thicker and denser. The wool pile will definitely stand up to heavier traffic and will be more durable and long-lasting. Colors are a personal choice, but I can tell you the colors on the website are going to be somewhat different that what you actually get...not much but there is a difference, usually darker. Too bad there aren't displays or swatches to look at. Overall, I am very happy with the rug.
