So thrilled with our new rug!

We ordered this area carpet for our newly decorated family room. It's hard to order something online without seeing and feeling it. Wow! We love our new area rug. The pile is soft and lush, the colors coordinated so nicely with our furnishings and wall coloring, we are so pleased. All in all a great experience. Quick service, fast delivery and we love this carpet.

Very pleased with rug

We were very impressed with this rug. It is a very thick rug and the colors are beautiful. The rug arrived very fast and the price is very reasonable, considering the quality of the rug.

Pleasant versatile pattern

I ordered this as a sample rug. Arrived carefully packaged. This rug has a pleasant, versatile pattern. I like the wool and the thickness. Unfortunately, it did not quite work for our bedroom. It was too dark. The return process was easy. I suggest saving the heavy plastic wrap in case you need to return a sample rug. Return fee in my case was $12. I highly recommend Incredible Rugs and Decor.

Great area rugs!

Great area rugs! Purchased these two rugs about 6 months ago and both look brand new when well vacuumed. These are heavy and thick rugs. Only concern I have is that they still are shedding a good bit yet the shedding has not effected the quality and looks of the rugs.

Not acceptable Quality

This rug has several holes in the pile that go down to the backing. There is a white hard material partially filling these holes that started to break apart when I vacuumed for the first time. I am so disappointed as I purchased another one of these rugs a few years ago that was so much better in quality.

Darker than pictured

I purchased the green background rugs in 2 sizes. I think I picked the wrong color. As pictured they look kind of aqua for the background color but when I received them they are a darker shade of green (between a sage and forest green). However, the rug and design is beautiful. Very thick and well made.

Just love this rug! As i have learned from the past, wool area rugs do shed in the beginning but just keep vacuuming! Best value i was able to find for exact same rug.

The rug arrived early, the packaging was easy to open. The color was as pictured with the gray I think it makes it more blend-able. So far no shedding hooray!

Luxe Runner Rug! You cannot go wrong with this lovely rug. It is attractive, yet neutral enough to blend in with most decor. It is very thick and I think it will last a long time. So far, so good! No signs of wear.

Color does not match picture on website.

Color in the photo does not match the color of the rug sent. The color name on the rug matches what I ordered however the color I received is the sister rug. Beautiful rug, but the color was wrong. I think it is on the website backwards. I returned the rug. Excellent quality rug.

Would highly recommend

Nice quality thick plush rug. Protecting my hardwood floor in a high traffic area does not show . I HAVE all Safavieh rugs in my home and they are the best.

Rug is lovely, although we returned it as the colors did not match the room. Overstock was amazing about the return…as a Club O member, I WAS NOT CHARGED to return it. Bought 4 other rugs instead, and they are FABULOUS.
