Mislead and RIPPED OFF!

Dislike - do not buy these. First of all - I thought I was purchasing from Walmart and turned out it was Overstock. Within 2 months of using these "outdoor/indoor" carpets they severly faded where they were not covered by furniture. I paid $181 per carpet!! NO WHERE in the description did it say - please do not use the outdoor carpet outside!!! Totally false adverstising. When I contacted Walmart Customer service - they pushed it to Overstock. I never received a "48 hour" response. When I finally spoke to an Overstock/BBB agent - she said there is nothing that can be done! It's past the warranty of 30 days and they have guidelines to follow. Poor customer service!!! I would never be treated this way from Amazon. I stopped buying from Overstock and BBB because of their crappy customer service. Now Walmart has lost my business if they work with vendors who don't meet their standards of customer service. I work in sales - stand by your product and put warnings if not to be used for what the description says.

This rug is very pretty. It was a little lighter weight than I would have liked and the color is definitely not what I would consider red. It is in the red family but more like salmon. I suspected that it was not going to match... however sometimes photos don't represent color well so I took a chance based on the use of the word red in the description. Overall I liked it but I did return it solely because the color was not a good match to my patio cushions.

This rug is very pretty! Overall I really liked it however I found that the color was not as described. In the image it appears to be a light shade of salmon or apricot, maybe terracotta. In the written description it was called red which is what I was looking for so I took a chance hoping that the photo was not an accurate representation of the color (as is often the case). When it arrived I was able to see that the color is pretty close to the image...I would definitely not call it red. So if you are looking for a close color match go by the pic not the description!

Perfect Outdoor Rug

This rug is not only beautiful, but will endure forever outdoors. I already have the exact same rug in another color, so I can attest to its endurance and looks. It also arrived sooner than expected and was rolled and sealed in a heavy plastic for protection. A great outdoor rug for the price. thank you!

EXTREMELY disappointed in the “outdoor” rug. Color faded within a month. When it rained, powder actually came off the carpet (the color!). I now have to replace it this year. Would NOT recommend.

The Safavieh Rug Exceeds Expectations

Excellent quality for an outdoor rug. Durable, resists all types of weather. . . dries quickly. We use ours at the entrance to our back yard porch. We have dogs so this rug is very durable, yet attractive. Thin in thickness so it does not interfere with the door opening outward.

I bought the 6' round after owning an 8x10' in the same pattern because I loved the contemporary look and the nice quality of this rug. The prices were all over the board at other dealers, but purchased it from Overstock as they had the best price with free shipping. This rug looks modern and fresh but doesn't show dirt like many other light colored rugs do. Great purchase!! Highly recommend!
