Love, love this rug. It looks just like pictured. Abstract splashes of light to dark grey, cream and golden yellow. I was a little worried about ordering a 9 x 12 and then having to return it but it is just what I wanted. Looks super with my new light grey sofa. I would have loved it even more if it had been a bit thicker but it is still soft under foot. It came folded which made the packaging much easier to handle. I unpackaged it and then rolled it with the help of another person per the instructions. Left it sit rolled until the next evening. It rolled out flat with no wrinkles. Only tiny issue is that one of the 12 foot sides had two or three places where red threads were imbedded in the weave like small red dots. But this part is under the sofa so it isn't seen and not worth returning or exchanging for. Very pleased with the purchase. Safavieh is my go to brand for area rugs and usually through Home Depot due to being able to return to the store if they don't work out. Most of the time I have kept them.

I have never bought a product like an area rug online before, but reading the comments and answers to questions that others had posed, I felt comfortable enough to do so this time. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the various colors were perfect to match with the other things in my living room. The rug is of good quality and we are very pleased with it so far..We have only had it for less than a month, but I expect to have it for many years to come.
