The rug is great & the white really pops which was an issue with others I ordered. It does shed so you'll need to use a tool at first to get rid of the fuzz

After two months of owning this rug, I am changing my review. Based on my first-impression, I bought three others. However, these rugs shed terribly. After two months, I still need to vacuum off the shedding nearly every day. I have to empty my vacuum bin after each time. I am wondering how long this rug will last based on the significant amount of shedding.

Perfect Pop of Modern

The rug adds pop to any room. The lines between the colors are sharp and it is a bright white. It is well made and looks more expensive then it is. Used in play room for kids. It is soft and cleans up well.

NOT WHITE

After reading many reviews on this rug, I decided to give it a chance. So sorry that I did. People's opinions differed on whether the white was actually white. Well it's definitely NOT. It has that tannish tint to it, just what I didn't want. I am disappointed, and don't even know how I'm going to lug this into UPS by myself. Why this manufacturer describes this as white is beyond me. It's hard enough to purchase something you can't see, but when it's totally misrepresented, that's just wrong! If you want true white like I did, save yourself the aggravation of having to return this, and pick something else.

Zebra love

I love it for my needs, and it is truly white and black (not tan and black).

I love the looks of the rug. But I have vacuumed it at least thirty times and it won’t quit shedding. I have to empty the vacuum when I’m a third of the way done because it pulls so much wool out. Help!

Great contrast colors

This was a great rug that I enjoyed a lot... Wish I had taken it with me in my most recent move but had to downsize for a long move. It was sturdy and reliable and had good white/black contrast so I wish I still had it now!

You will spend your life vacuuming this rug

Another great looking rugs that sheds like crazy. I have purchased several types of the Safavieh zebra wool rugs and they all look great but shed like crazy. Buyer beware.

I ordered this rug in the small size to see if I wanted to move forward with ordering two of them in a large size. I didnt want to have to deal with trying to return an 8x10 rug if I didnt like it. I do love the rug! It is cream and black. It is all cut pile and very soft underfoot and thick. Yes I do realize it is going to shed because it is a wool rug and thats what they do for about 4 months. With regular vacuuming it will quit shedding after about 4 months. It is not a lifelong process. This is very luxurious looking! I was a little shocked though when I went to put in for the return on the small size as I am getting charged 14.88 to return this rug! And I have to roll it and wrap it back up and drive it to the FedEx store. So just because Wayfair has free shipping doesnt mean its free both ways!

Not a good rug.

I returned this rug as it was shedding right out of the box and it looked terrible.

Well, I don’t like to leave negative reviews but want to help someone else avoid the return fee. First off, the design of the carpet is gorgeous. It’s high quality amd thick. As the other reviews state, the “white” is more of a cream but still very pretty. However, the way the rug is made makes it constantly look dirty. The fibers on the cream area are always on the black area and it just looks like pet fur even though it’s not. I vacuumed multiple times to try and get it to go away but it’s just the way the rug is made. I am bummed as it’s beautiful, elegant and sophisticated. However, I couldn’t get past it constantly looking dirty. Maybe I received an “off production” version or something but my rug just always looked like tons of pets were rolling on it. ‍♀️

I liked this runner. However, it would have been better to have more black exposed than white. The smallest amount of dirt is shown on white.
