Rugs Direct was a great company to deal with. I made several changes to the order and they were happy to accommodate! Very conscientous and returned calls and emails promptly. Only thing I hope they will try and do better is review stock more often so there are fewer back order surprises before an order is placed. However, once all was in place it was delivered ontime! Thank you!

This rug sheds too much

It’s been almost 2 months of having this rug and it sheds like crazy. No matter how much you vacuum it, it will shed large chunks that tracks throughout your house, requiring you to vacuum daily or every other day.

Nice Quality and unique!

Rug is great quality and thick enough to not need a rug pad. It is a lot lighter green than the photo shows. Only have had it for a few weeks so can’t say yet how it will hold up. It did have a smell at first but went away within a few days.

The rug has a chemical smell. This happens when sent by sea shipping and they fumigate the containers. I hope it airs out.

Moldy

We have ordered the 9x12 from two different website and both rugs we received have smelled like mold. Unfortunately, had to send back. We are bummed because the rug is very cozy and seemed like good quality otherwise.

Lovely green, modern rug with great wool quality. The rug is real wool, so it’s natural to have some shedding and smell. However, one star off for having a few loose threads.

Tapis magnifique! Très belle qualité! MAIS il pue vraiment beaucoup. Cela fait plusieurs semaines qu’il est ouvert et que je le mets dehors et il continue de puer. J’espère que ça s’atténuera.

If I could give it 100 stars I would oh my goodness ! The quality! The design and the colors are top notch. The other comments are right when they mention the rug being lighter than the photo. It wasn’t the end of the world for us, because it wasn’t super noticeable we ended up liking it more.

Perfect color and texture that we were looking for!

The rug I received must have had water near it because when I unrolled the packaged rug it was damp and smelled really bad. The only option was to return it boxed but it wasn't shipped boxed so I'm not spending money to return an item that came damaged. Unfortunate situation. It's a nice, solid rug but it smells horrible. Spending $$$ you expect a quality product.
