Totally disappointed in the quality of the rug as well as the customer service from Wayfair. My husband and I were doing renovations on his office which is where I intended to put this rug. I kept it in the package until I needed it. After rolling it out, I was so disappointed. There was a corner seam unraveling and the rug would not stay flat after walking on it. I put rug tape around the whole perimeter to help it but there was no hope. It bunches up in the middle even after my 1 year old steps foot on it.

I love the pattern on this rug but I don’t love that it fades to almost no pattern by the other side of the rug. If the pattern was printed across the entire rug evenly, I would absolutely love it. The colors are great and I love that there are no harmful chemicals in these rugs, but it almost looks like a quality control error.

The rug I received was 95% misprinted. I had to call Wayfair to get the return done since online the only option was a replacement. Also, the rug appeared very gray vs. warm and is extremely thin/moves when you walk - just fyi. Not sure I’ll trust Wayfair moving forward.

Rug ruined due to poor packaging

Our rug was so poorly wrapped and protected (one layer of flimsy plastic tubing) that it arrived completely ruined. The thin plastic ripped during transit and the rug arrived exposed and covered in black grime rubbed into the rug to the point where the exposed parts of the rug were frayed.

It came damaged with some of the outer stitching not woven in. It took 3 months for Wayfair to deliver it. They delivered it while I was on vacation so I wasn’t able to inspect the item within the 30 day return window. I love the item print but I’d recommend buying elsewhere with a better return window in the event it’s damaged.

I love this rug! We got it in runner size, the sage color is beautifully balanced and adds depth our a hallway. It's thin which is what we needed so it doesn't curl or block doors when opened on the rug. Recommended!

Color of the carpet is not as shown in picture, much lighter and more more blue. Despite that, I kept the carpet as it blended with my decor. However, the carpet was delivered in late December and 5 months later, it is falling apart. I vacuumed without beater brush as recommended. I would not recommend this rug. When I contacted Wayfair I was told that since it was past the 30 day return window, they could not help. Recommended I purchase protection plan next time. Given the quality and Wayfair's response, I doubt that I will purchase from them again. I would not recomment this rug or Wayfair.

Rug MIGHT Suffice as Local Animal Shelter Donation

Rug was thin, seams were loose, overall very cheap looking (as if I went to a discount store and purchased a cheap outdoor throw). Customer service was worse. Lured into “free shipping” and ability to “return” what you cannot know is the charge for shipping to return will make it not worth the effort. This is no “amazon” so don’t expect that type of service. In the end I kept the rug because the cost to return was ridiculous. I donated the rug to a local animal shelter in hopes that even the dogs won’t reject it.

Absolutely love this rug. Small pattern, well blended colors to match our organic modern living room. Its soft yet durable and thin. We put a thick rug pad underneath and that worked perfectly for added cushion when walking on it. Have only had it for a couple of weeks so not sure yet on durability.

This rug is so beautiful! The designs are subtle but they stand out in a room. If you like cushion in a rug, I recommend a rug pad, as this rug is pretty thin

HUGE fan of this rug! I see a lot more blue hues in it than sage but I don't even mind. It is not soft, and moved quite a bit when I placed my couch on it so I will need to get a rug pad but I am very happy with the look and quality for the price! Made my living room come together perfectly.

I was very disappointed in this rug. First, I was looking for green which is what "sage" should be. It does not even appear to have any green and the predominant color is blue. Very apparent when I put anything green next to it. Second the quality and texture are that of an outdoor rug, not an indoor rug. I will be returning my round rug. I will keep the 8 X 10 to use OUTDOORS next year with my BLUE outdoor furniture.

I love this rug. I originally purchased for our living room, but for some reason it didn't give living room vibes.. I moved it into our master bedroom and it looks beautiful! I've had it for about a year and its held up great!

After spending HOURS trying to pick out a rug, I was absolutely delighted when I got this one delivered and it was even better than I imagined! The colors are bright, but not TOO bright so it doesn't take over, but adds a little somethin' somethin'. My goal with getting a rug was to have it add color but in a subtle way -- this rug does just that with beautiful colors! And the pattern isn't too much either. I just love, love, love it! I wish my living room was bigger so that I could have more of it, lol.

This rug is even more beautiful. The color scheme is more neutral in person. It blends in perfectly with all the soft tones in our living room and has been a great quality and easy to roll out.

This rug offers deeper brown tones. However, at an angle you can see dark brown lines against the next colour. Blended better with my darker wood floor. However, at certain angles the darker lines appeared more dominant. This rug was my second choice. I purchase the rugs in smallest sizes to compare but it cost me $ 43.00 to return. I rather pay the return shipping than invest in a living room rug that I not satisfied with.

I just got my rug. The colors are beautiful and go well with the reddish brown of my living room flooring. I'm very glad I went for it and ordered this rug. I'm looking forward to see how it holds up over time.

Love this rug! It is thin (could opt for rug pad if you prefer thicker), but love the design, texture, the faded vintage look, and price is great for such a large size. Have already ordered more from this collection.
