comes with everything you need, all hardware included. Directions were not the best but I have installed barn doors before so no big deal. I would purchase again if I need another

This was easy to put together and beautiful stained.

Repeated shipping damages, terrible packaging

Ordered and waited over a week for thos shipment. Received it damaged because there was almost zero packaging protection. The wood and metal are packed tightly, but only a once around with 1/16" foam so with UPS shipping why wouldn't it be damaged? Manufacturer packaging is TERRIBLE.

Misleading

Maybe its just me but it is not very clear that this comes unassembled.

It was exactly what I imagined. I was very happy to be able to turn it into exactly what I wanted to transform my space without breaking the bank!

The door a nice door and installation is easy...if you actually get the parts you order. I have spent 2 weeks talking to homedepot, the supplier, etc. trying to get help with my missing parts and I have been constantly ignored and left without any help.

Door goes together very easily! Looks great and was a simple install as well.

Chinese trash.

First off the directions do not match the hardware supplied, missing 4 washers, nor do they match dimensions of the door or rail. Most importantly the hardware provided is the worst quality hardware I’ve ever received. Due to lack of washers the acorn nuts broke their shells when I tightened the bolts to secure the track to the door. I’ve also sheared 2 heads off of screw using hand screwdriver while installing the floor guide. Do not buy. Stay away from this garbage quality product.

The instructions and measurements to put up the door were incorrect. The wood from the door was warped and caused issues building the actual door. The bolts for portions of the door were too long. Missing a couple pieces. Once up and completed the door is great.

This door worked great for our bathroom! We decided to leave it raw and it looks great. The instructions were a little hard to follow and it did not tell you what tools were needed. My husband and I used a drill, impact, level etc. The door was very easy to put together but it still feels very sturdy. We plan to paint in the future, but for now it looks great. I would highly recommend.
