Quick service and helpful how-to videos

Ordering was quick and easy and the parts arrived promptly. Not sure if this review is attached to the products we ordered but my 14 year old son easily made the repair to our dishwasher rack using your video. Note - as soon as we replaced one part to replace a broken bracket the other side broke too and we had to order a second part. My suggestion would be to package in sets of two or recommend that the purchaser orders two.

Ordered a dispenser tray with order quickly confirmed. Received, instead, a small knob. After calling customer service a correction was made and the correct tray arrived quickly. Tray appears to be same quality as original equipment. Pleased with the quality, price, and customer service. Will come here first the next time I need a replacement part.
