Requires Certified Installer & Not typical 3/8” water lines

Water lines are larger than 3/8” which made it problematic for a retrofit without enlarging the hole in the countertop. The company, Rohl, requires a certified installer for the warranty to be valid. It’s a beautiful faucet but, Rohl makes it too difficult to work with the product in the United States. They should modify it for the American market & make it more user friendly.

wobbly handle within 2 days

Hot water handle began to slip and wobble within 2 days . Required 2 additional trips from plumber to fix inner part of handle to correct the problem . Given the price and and brand reputation it was disappointing, and added significantly to the price of replacing a kitchen faucet.

This is a beauty that hot away! I ended up getting this one with porcelain handles. It is a looker . Well buit will last a life time. I ended up ordering this because I couldn’t get the other one for a month after they told me it was available with the other handles that I wanted by another company, so yeah, I ended up paying three times the amount from Paragould, which has something to do with Wayfair. Had I known I would’ve never gone down that rabbit hole. They told me I would have it a couple days. I ended up having to buy another one because their delivery date is January 21.

Pretty, but...

This faucet looked beautiful when we installed it about nine years ago, but unfortunately it has not held up well. the handles have become loose and will not stay tight after careful disassembly and reassembly (do you want to do this every week?). The porcelain handles accumulate grime in their numerous crevices and have to be taken apart to be cleaned properly. The side spray has stopped working reliably and now will spray us unawares if...it decides to. The aerator (the little screen at the tip of the faucet) deteriorated and now the stream of water from the faucet is messy and uncontrolled.

Bought two for a client's home. Only issue, you need metric open wrenches to attach fittings. Crescent wrench will not work

Solid faucet w LONG spray hose

This gooseneck faucet feels really solid. The gooseneck is tall enough to handle large pots. The handles move easily with a solid feel to them. And the spray hose is really long, so I can reach all sections of my double sink.

Classy

Good looking! Good choice! Being one of the few persons who wants the control of Hot and Cold faucet handles and does not want the pull down spray (worry about the long-term effectiveness of the pull-down cable) but still wants a smart and classy looking faucet, this fit the bill. The gooseneck swivel is helpful in various jobs and the faucet is easy to clean, but it has a small footprint. Months later I am very happy with my choice.
