Very happy with my new awning. Good quality construction at a great price. Assembly was easy for one person, but the final mounting definitely required 2 people. I'm a strong guy, but no way would I attempt that myself. The awning covers my small deck and looks great.

My husband and I were able to do most of the construction of the unit, and then we got a stronger male friend to help lift it into place. The written instructions were pretty good but we also used the YouTube video. This is the finished product. Were very happy with the results.

Awning was just what I need. Assembly took time especially putting the motor inside the tubing. You’ll need 3 people to hold the awning while you secure it to your space.

Very complicated to assemble and heavy. Not what we expected. No luck trying to find someone to put it together and hang it. We're in our 60's.

Complete kit not terribly difficult to assemble. Mounted 4 roof btackets.

This awning is probably going to be great. BUT it took 4 full days to try and get it installed. We have a 150 yo house and have done all of the Reno’s ourselves over the past 36 years. My husband is an engineer. The “directions “ are laughable. The YouTube video wasn’t anymore help than the written directions. I would never buy one of these again. I just hope we are able to enjoy it now that it is installed and operational.

These look amazing when finally up. However, the preparation - reading the manual, reviewing the nuts bolts meant extensive installation time - 4 hours. Requires two persons. Needs both metric and standard tools available. Better be handy persons or skilled pro.

We are very satisfied with our 20'x10' black frame motorized unit.

This looked like a good awning. I mistakenly ordered the wrong size, I wanted a blue & white 16 x 10 awning so when I clicked on the colour I wanted I failed to notice the size changed plus it went from feet to inches. So beware when there is multiple colour and size choices for an item. Bad on wayfair for having listings go from dimensions in feet to inches in the options!!!

Motor assembly instructions not included

The written instructions for putting the manually operated awning together were mostly good. The illustrations took a little studying to make sure I had the right perspective for assembly. There was one instruction that said to roll up the awning with a clockwise rotation ... I got it right; however, that would depend on which end of the roller that one was looking at.

ALEKO motorized awning

The product is as advertised. Received it within the delivery schedule timeline. The assembly instructions are vague at best. You may have some assembly issues unless you have some experience with how these awnings are put together . Overall it’s a good product and fair value. ALEKO should have some better details in their assembly instructions.

The product arrived damaged but Tyler in Technical Support quickly resolved the damage by sending replacement parts.

We haven’t installed it yet but the idea is great! If it is what it promises, I’m looking forward to seeing it installed on my moms balcony so she can finally get some shade.

This awning is very easy to open and close. Provides much needed shade. I would recommend getting the awning cover as my apron on the front has become wind blown. Also the instructions are not as good as they could be. Needed to google a few directions

Worst product I have ever purchased. Parts damaged in box,instructions are the worst I have seen. I will never buy from you again. It won't work we will have to take it down and figure out what is wrong

Oh, I am really very very plessed.wirh it entirely, no lie.! I would recommend this to any one looking for to buy an awning, great for summer uses, to shade my small porch deck. I really think it's the pizzazz that will make my home very attractive & is all so satisfying in quality & details., Wonderful price point too.
