Furniture great / delivery service not so much

We love our new furniture and ordered several pieces for our new home. Our sales person was great as well. The only reason I am giving this 3 stars is because when all the furniture was delivered and put together on site. The workers did a shotty job of putting things together. For instance the couch we received did not have any screws holding the legs on. We sat on it and it felt like a rocking chair, thank goodness we didn't break any of the legs. Turns out there should have been 4 screws on each of the legs as we saw when we went back into the store to double checks. The other furniture was also missing several screws - some had a few then others has none. It was very disappointing that my husband had to go to the hardware store to buy the appropriate screws and then fix them all.

I bought this ottoman to create a new reading area. The chair/ottomon combo is extremely comfortable yet feels very solid. It has such a great look and I love the warm white color. The fabric texture is soft and the weave has a taupe background that is subtle but gives it a very high end design. The ottoman itself is a great size that even my cat can join me and have plenty of space to lounge while I read.
