love this set—it’s held up really well and I love the size and shape of the dishes. We use the pasta bowls almost exclusively. They can get a bit hot in the microwave or with hot food like soup but that would be my only criticism.

Love the Sango Kaya Stoneware dinnerware set. I have received several compliments on the look. I have not exprienced any scratching on the plates from silverware and have been using the set for over 8 months. Totaly satisfied!

Love these dishes! Beautifully designed--I love the faint speckling on the white and the slight indentations on the edges of the dishes that give them the look and feel of handmade pottery. They seem to be a good weight and I expect them to hold up well!

The worst dishes I have ever had. Says they are microwave safe but 2 cracked while I was reheating food. I bought them a year and a half ago so I’ve had them too long to return them.

This dinnerware set is beautiful!! It has a great sturdy feel and look. I love the speckles and texture of the stoneware. I’m so happy with the double types of bowls. The set stacks beautifully for storage in a cabinet. I hope to use this set for many years to come.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THESE FABULOUS DISHES!

I purchased 2 sets of these dishes in white ~ 2 years ago when they were on sale and think they are so FABULOUS that I just purchased 2 additional sets to have as back-ups as a few dinner plates have succumbed to untimely retirements while being handled by my young daughter and a few "not so careful" adults, NOT due to any design flaws or product defects. They are beautiful, well-made, sturdy, great for everyday use, but also work perfectly for more formal occasions. They are microwave and dishwasher-safe (who would use anything that wasn't these days), but can get very hot, so use caution!

Definitely looks cheaper in person than you'd think. The specks are printed on and are pretty pixelated, you don't need to get too close to see how blurry they are either. They feel nice enough in the hand but it's a bummer that they dropped the price by $10 right after I bought these. I'd buy these for $57, not the price I ended up shelling out for them.
