The chairs themselves were drop dead gorgeous. However, poor handling from the shipper ruined the chairs with damage on every one of them. Large creases in the velvet material left major indentations on the back of the chairs. One had a dark spot with too much navy blue dye and they was a small cut in the material on one of the chairs. Needless to say I am returning them which will not be easy as the Rep who helped me couldn't get their system to print a return label that includes FedEx coming to pick the chairs up at my home. I somehow have to take the 4 large packages to FedEx and I just own a sedan! So I requested my money back as this whole senario could happen again on a second purchase. I will contact Fedex and arrange for pickup at my home and hope there will not be additional cost. Less

I bought these as replacement chairs for a 42" round table. They are comfortable and do the job. The color is definitely not navy, more like a marine blue.

If u want a dining chair so u can rest your chin on the table but if u want a comfortable chair at a normal height, look at something else. Going to give these brand new chairs to a thrift store. That’s how bad they are to sit on.
