Item was damaged, used the text communication tool for processing return and it took 40 min. Not sure why so long, seemed if the representative was busy doing other things? Making lunch, doing laundry, changing a diaper, who knows. The time they spent processing my return should not have takenn more than 5 minutes. I will never shop with you again, there is no respect for your customers time. Do better

It is a smaller sized basket but that is what I was wanting to hold my library books. It seems very nicely made, a true black and a simple and/or contemporary style. It shipped very quickly!

From the photo I thought it would be an oval shape, but it's circular, with just dips on two sides. But had I read the dimensions, I would have seen it was circular. Regardless, very sleek and well made and I doubt my cats will be able to ruin it!

I love the basket. It looks fantastic on my fireplace hearth with a throw hanging out of it. It looks great with the other fireplace black accessories I have such as the black lantern I ordered previously.
