Phenomenal. I used this in the family room to hang blankets and throws. Very sturdy and consistent color.

Broke within 3 months of installation.

The towel bar feels solid and well made, but seems to have been lacking in assembly. It broke within three months of installation. It looks like the arm for the lower bar was not threaded in all the way, and the metal tore inside the threads. I would contact the seller, but there does not seem to be any way to contact directly through the order interface. I am hoping that this gets someone's attention. I'm a general contractor, and I am now on the hook to replace this for my client. I will stick to buying from Furgeson if I can not get satisfaction on this.

Not the quality I expected for the price, expected delivery Feb 27, checked status, not yet shipped. Called customer service was told ready to ship but FedX had not picked up. Would be about 10 days before I received! Customer service person I talked with apologized and gave me a 10% off coupon. Told me it was good for 6 months. Expires in Aprill.

This towel bar exceeded all my expectations. The metal tubing is thick and strong. The other components are also very well made, including the mounting brackets. I used zinc screw in type wall board anchors instead of the weak plastic wall anchors that came with the bar. I bought this towel bar because it has enough space between the two bars to hold 2 large bath towels and allow for air to flow between the towels to aid in drying. And, it looks great. None of the other double towel bars I looked at were big enough to hold 2 large bath towels and their tubing was thin. I expect this towel bar will last for many years, if not decades.

We bought this towel bar & matching towel rings & TP holder. I had them in my cart for weeks trying to decide it I was going to splurge on these beautiful bathroom accessories or purchase something less expensive. I couldn't be happier with my purchase! They are obviously well made, heavyweight & I'm certain they will last a lifetime. Totally worth the price!

Solidly built, beautifully finished

I highly recommend this double towel bar, with the caveat that you definitely need to allow that it will stick out away from the wall about 5". That's great when you have the space because it allows damp/wet towels to be hung on both bars without bumping against each other, which is ideal for drying. The unit is very sturdy and has a lovely gloss finish. It's a bathroom enhancement, for sure, visually and use-wise. I readily recommend it.
