I looked specifically for this shelving and was thrilled to find it in the color I wanted! I’m not good at installation but my neighbor was happy to help. It’s sturdy but adds the chic of any high priced hotel.

Hollow Brass Tubes

This towel is not made of solid brass and is not of the quality I’ve come to expect from Allied Brass products.

Waited 2 months to get this and when received the holes don't line up to put the racks on. Poorly made. Quality control wasn't doing their job on this product. Had to return.

Hotel towel rack

Beautiful, well designed, easy to install. Perfect for our small bathroom. Worth the wait.

Steer clear

The drilled holes did not line up. I had to drill them larger. The entire rack is flimsy and off-color

Fairly small--middle and lower shelves really can't be used for much. Quality is good, though.

Challenging installation

I would not recommend the 3-tier Shelfand product. . If the product had been machined with more precision, I would have been able to install it, but things didn't fit together the way they needed to. The materials were of good quality, unfortunately, the fabrication left a lot to be desired. I was forced to go to Home Depot, out of desperation, found some nice looking racks for a fraction of the price AND all of the parts fit together perfectly.

Storage in our new bathroom was tight and we wanted a place to store towels we weren’t using and hang towels we were using. This works well - we can store two sets of two (body towel, hand towel, wash cloth) of and we have room to hang the set we are using.

It’s ok alil weird to install but works. I think it’s a bit small and the middle shelf isn’t too useful.

I actually haven't put the rack up yet but it appears to be well made. I will try to remember to take a photo when it gets put in place.

Piece of junk

I returned this heap of metal parts right after I opened it. Way overpriced and poor quality.

The holes do not even line up for the screws! My husband ended up using glue to get the middle shelf to stay on! Fine if it cost $20 or $30. (I saw comparable quality for less, just didn't have an actual shelf in the middle which I wanted so I could store more towels.) This was ridiculous for $160. I just had too much going on to deal with a return. Plus, by the time you realize the problem, you've already had to drill holes in your wall to accomodate the back pieces. Doubtful you'd find the exact same footprint on another shelf. Very disappointed.
