We bought 2 of these for our living room wall. Perfect size, they reaaly look great without bringing attention to themselves. Installation took minutes. I put the bulbs in before putting the glass in. Had to wiggle things around but I got it on without breaking anything. Good buy! 4 stars only becuase of the glass fit

Description was wrong - it does NOT take a standard base bulb. It takes a small base bulb. Therefore, it was not what we wanted and had to return it. Otherwise, it was a pretty light.

Important to know that back plate, decorative rim and bottom collar are all one piece so none of those pieces are adjustable. Globe may not slide completely to rest flat on collar. But is still secure with rim holding it

I have had these about 3 weeks. Very nice looking. I bought 2. One for the hallway and one for the front entryway. They light up those areas very well. Look amazing and just that little "upgrade" transformed both areas.
