I bought this as a toothbrush holder and its great for clearing up some counter space on my tiny bathroom countertop

I ordered a Command fogless mirror w/ razor hook. This was their substitute.

Missing parts. Arrived in opened box

Broke on first use.

The hook where the holder can be detached for cleaning broke the first time I used it. I will try to return, but I've already thrown away the box that it came in.

Didn't take too long to install. A lot better than what I had.

Fell off within hours

After carefully following the instructions and securing this holder to my bathroom wall, it fell off within hours. Very disappointing.

Love this organizer

I bought this to use as a toothbrush / paste holder in the shower. It stays perfectly on the textured tile wall! I would give a 5 star review if the flat clear plastic mount was available for replacement. I broke mine and will have to purchase the complete assembly. At least I'll have an extra cup

Good idea, but not durable for Command standards

I received this item for free from 3M in exchange for my feedback. I like the concept of this product, but I had a difficult time getting the adhesive to stay and keep the cup mounted. If the adhesive worked better in wet and humid conditions, it would be a 5 star review.

CONFUSING INSTRUCTIONS

I thought this was going to be easy to install but the instructions were confusing. How do you "slide organizer up & off" ("to ensure adhesive hold"? I love the look and the adhesive method. Help me out or I will be returning this item.
