Good product but I bought the wrong type of pocket door latch, and it is impossible to get anyone to help with a return.

I ordered door hardware which was in stock and arrived quickly. Unfortunately, it was the wrong color(a manufacturer problem). I called for support and a replacement was shipped immediately as well as a return shipping label for the original hardware.

Pocket door perfection!

I purchased this to replace an existing polished brass unit that clashed with my other new hardware. It now has joined the freshened look of my condo and works and was installed as advertised.

I changed hardware on all the doors of my 35 year old condo to chrome. I worried I wouldn't find replacements for the existing pocket door hardware. It had to be exact because the door had actually been cut to fit the pull. I not only found them on your sight, but they are very well made with exact sizing to cover cutout and I installed them myself!.

Great item

I bought this for the one pocket door we have and it is exactly what I wanted. The name is misleading, however, as it does not lock, but it functions perfectly as a pull, is easy to use and looks sharp. I bought this in the oil rubbed bronze which goes very well with the other knobs and pulls which are also oil rubbed bronze. I had carpenters install it, and it seems to be the one door knob they had no trouble installing.

Beautiful lock set

We bought these for the doors in our master bath, and they are so beautiful. Really add a lot to our heavy 9 foot doors. We wanted something that looked old world, and fancier than the traditional pocket door hardware, and these were the perfect solution.

I like this Emtek product a lot. Pocket doors are usually a pain in the neck to control and manage, but this pocket door device is dream!

Chrome plating high quality and no plastic bits. But 2 design weaknesses in design : Hand grips should be deeper to make door closing easier and screw securing holes not midway so if fitting a pair to double doors screws will be at different heights. Easy for manufacturer to sort these and make a really great product.

Made very well

Bought two of these for my 1/2 bath and laundry room. Work like a charm and match the other bronze handsets in my house. My only complaint is that the pocket for your fingers to pull the door could be deeper (hence the 4 out of 5 stars).

We had a pocket door from 1965 that needed the lock. We looked everywhere and came upon your site. You had exactly what we needed. It fit perfectly and the door is like brand new.

Good replacement

This product fit well to replace an old tarnished brass pocket door latch. The screw holes were not exact but it worked out with one new hole and one old hole. We wanted brushed nickel and were happy to find one. The latch fit well into the lock.
